sorry guys ha need to say this.
i dont know pero i dont see something special on this anime, the storyline wasn't new, basically a deathnote wannabe, i hate the storyline. though that doesn't stop me to watch the series benefit of the doubt. most of the episodes for me are just there to fill in the gap - fillers. The last 3 episodes of the season, are the only episodes that stood out, i hate lulu especially on that part and feel sorry for euphie, for me lulu wasn't man enough, and i keep on saying "buti nga, buti nga, buti nga" towards the end.

or perhaps it could be the line-up of the anime that im watching over the weekend, my weekend routine - anime marathon for both old, on-going and new anime (especially ngayon ang raming nag premiere sa japan), code geass siguro was like nasa #12 list ko sa mga minamarathon that's why siguro my mind keeps on rejecting yung storyline, hahahaha, but nevertheless im still watching season 2.

Like you guys, sobrang nabitin ako sa last ep ng season 1. Buti na lang I watched it a day (marathon) before ep 1 of season 2 came out. Yun nga lang, I'd have to wait every week for the following episodes.

I wonder how Villetta suddenly became a PE teacher in the academy. Ano kaya capabilities ni V.V.? Hmm... Grabe nasasabik ako dito.

Maybe you're not into anti heroes. Ako nga at the beginning I really hated the main character but somehow due to the char's dementia you really feel sympathetic for him and his goals.

Though both Deathnote and Code Geass were focused on megalomaniac characters, the reasons that drive these characters are miles apart.

Deathnote - Supremacy
Code Geass - Revenge

Technically its not a rip-off unless you're just basing them on "megalomania" and anti-heroes. Pag yun lang ang standards then Deathnote will also be a rip-off from a lot of earlier shows out there.

i've seen several anime titles na rin with an anti-heroes theme but for code geass i really found it very odd. nevertheless, as i've said earlier i still download and watch pa rin the episodes.

Rolo's a good thing to have against suzaku and the knights aside from kallen. Pero mas maganda kung makukuha ni lelouch yung geass niya papunta dun sa isang eye niya at least we could see a real suzaku vs. zero battle

That's quite low. Although a lot of non-Elevens are watching this more than Elevens.

I really find it hilarious that Lelouch won Rollo over with his words. Heck, Rollo was mindf*cked and is in utter confusion now. I can see this guy shifting back and forth as enemy and ally to Lelouch, while his "onii-san" will keep using him for his Rebellion. I mean, why wouldn't he? Two Geasses are better than one!

As for Spinzaku, I'm curious on what @ssholery he is going to do in Episode 5 with his return to Ashford.
