pldt dsl problem with linksys wifi router

is there anyone else having a problem in using a linksys wifi router with pldt dsl? i can previously enjoy wifi connection with my linksys router which was connected to pldt dsl. this lasted for around 9 months or so but lately, it's having problems connecting. my only resort is to connect my pc to the pldt router. sabi ng pldt, nde daw talaga gagana pag may router kasi for 1 PC use lang daw *** plan ko. however, if i connect directly to pldt... gagana. any advice?

kung gumana yan for 9 months, there would be no basis for pldt to say na di gagana..malamang may problema sa linksys router mo...you can reset or also update the firmware ng linksys mo

try enabling mac address cloning and clone your desktop's mac address.

wifi lang ba yung ndi gumagana sa router? naconnect mo na ba directly yung pc sa linksys router and gumagana ba?

try to do powercycle...turn off pldt modem, then the linksys router then your computer...wait for atleast 1 min...turn on the pldt modem, wait for modem lights to stabilize then turn on the linksys router then turn on your pc

pagayaw pa rin, connect your pc directly to the linksys router...access the router setup page (192.168.1.1) then check mo muna status nung router if connected *** or disconnected...

dun sa basic setup make sure na nakalagay yung pldt username mo and password (alam ko dapat yung username me @pldt sa dulo - username@pldt)

tapos dun sa wireless tab...security try mo magiba ng passphrase and take note yung bagong network key...

hmmm...if all else fails, reset the linksys router to its factory default settings hehhe

my linksys router works fine. kahit dalawang laptop and 1 pc ang sabay sabay mag-internet eh ok pa rin naman. i don't think tama yung sinabi ng csr sayo na isa lang ang pwedeng mag-access.
