The ORIGINAL box has a white metal coin attached to it. Fake boxes come with either a colorful, embossed chinese characters with an oval gold or a round silver coin. The contents of the fake are unknown and therefore potentially dangerous to your health. As a hint, it is usually sold less than P200 but it can actually be bought at P70 or less.

POINT TO PONDER

I definitely don't leave my clients stupid so I keep them well monitored and informed regarding their regimen and provide appropriate helath teachings. If I were just to make money why exert such effort and even discourage those who aren't supposed to take Zhen?

This is your health, your own body. Would you trade a few pesos to risk your health and later on spend hundreds of thousands just to recover? I wouldn't think so.

CREDIBILITY

A company who doesn't even know its own product doesn't deserve the right to market it at all. Almost anybody could copy the contents written in the brochure I just hope they edited the grammatical errors in it. Trust is earned by honesty and consistency with the answers and being open to criticisms. I am in the process of having the Zhen contents analyzed at a laboratory and inspected at drug screening centers. This is one way of proving that Im taking my clients seriously and I do decline orders if Im certain that the cons outweigh the pros.

WHEN EVERYTHING ELSE FAILS... FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS

I've been getting plenty of inquiries recently, thank you very much! Most of the concerns however is somehow related to the fear related to the popularized Joey Marquez's daughter case. My opinion in that would be attributed to not following instructions. Just to make it clear though, she wasn't one of my clients.

1. Take the dose as prescribed

Reports have said she double dosed the drug hoping it would have a faster effect. Bad judgment there on her part. As with any other drug there is always a desired or therapeutic effect and a side effect which comes with the drug use but is not intended. The pills she took were deleterious to her health since she wasn't following directions. If you missed a dose, take it as soon as you remember it and then take the next dose as scheduled. DO NOT DOUBLE DOSE!!!

Zhen is intended to reduce your appetite and th user feels early satiety with meals. YOU DONT HAVE TO CONSCIOUSLY CONTROL YOUR INTAKE. You don't have to skip meals, always have something down there since your body is still dependent upon carbohydrates as the main source of your energy. Based on what I've read from other forums, other users feel nausea or dizziness which could be attributed to hypoglycemia (low blood sugar levels). Weight loss with Zhen is gradual, remember that it is only a FAT BURNING capsule. If you are losing weight but with accompanying muscle atrophy, you're not burning fats anymore but rather protein which makes up your muscles. This is why carbohydrate intake is EXTREMELY necessary since without it the body would metabolize proteins for energy expenditure. NOT GOOD.

2. Always ensure adequate hydration by increasing your fluid intake.

Mouth dryness is the usual side effect of Zhen. I strictly emphasize with my clients to keep themselves well hydrated by keeping bottled water handy and using other sources of fluids such as fruits, soups, juices, and iced desserts. This is to ensure enough water to sustain the increased metabolism and to promote excretion of by products via the urine. Again, by not following instructions the user is at risk of the complications of dehydration.

3. COFFEE DRINKERS

For some of you who are coffee addicts that consume 3-6 cups or more a day, Zhen is safe to take as long as you ensure you double your fluid intake. The problem with caffeine is that:

It promotes increased urination, therefore predisposing the user to dehydration

It tricks the mind into feeling a false sense of energy tot he extent that they don't feel exhaustion and by the time the effect wears off, they are tired more than ever

I recommend a gradual decrease in caffeine intake while on Zhen regimen. Reduce one cup of intake every week. Abrupt withdrawal would then cause the user to manifest withdrawal symptoms such as hand tremors and sleepiness during the day. For safety purposes, avoid activities which require concentration such as operating machinery or driving.

PLEASE TAKE THE DOSE AS PRESCRIBED...once more for the second time around (dapat talagang ulit ulitin...hay!)

Take Zhen 30 min BEFORE BREAKFAST/first meal. Food actually acts as a buffer to avoid gastric upset. Imagine not eating anything for the past 12 hours and the first thing you took was a drug, of course that would cause vomiting? Again, there are no dietary restrictions when it comes to Zhen. However, you have to have something in your stomach even just a small pack of crackers to have something in there. DO NOT SKIP MEALS.

DO NOT DOUBLE DOSE... weight loss should be gradual. Do not take Zhen twice a day for "dramatic effects". I'd call it unwise.

If you missed a dose, take it NOW and then adjust your next dose accordingly.

Zhen increases your metabolism so a warming effect in the body that causes you to sweat with minimal activity is normal. However, please bear in mind to increase your fluid intake to at least 12 glasses of water a day. Thirst is a very poor indicator of hydration. If you're not fond of drinking water (which is very boring) try other water sources such as fruits, vegetables (watermelons, oranges, suha, turnips), soups, and iced desserts.

>> YES. Zhen will not have any effect on your menstrual cycle. However, if you did miss your period you needto evaluate first if you are regular or irregular. Also, ask yourself if you had any sex lately. Withdrawal is not exactly a reliable method of birth control. The man's precum during foreplay already contains sperm and only ONE sperm is needed tofertilize an egg. Not all men could use withdrawal since it requires intense focus to control ejaculation,often they don't notice it at all. Condoms adother barrier contraceptives are still one ofthe best and it will also provide protection from STDs when used properly.

hi! i read your posts on zhen de shou. i was planning to buy a box from magic potions because they claim that theirs is the original, but then since you are a nurse, i'm leaning onto your product instead. i've been taking xenical for 8 days now. i've already lost about 5-6lbs. but it's very costly. how many lbs. can i lose with a box of zhen? is it safe to immediately shift from xenical to zhen?

>> the average weight loss with zhen is about 3-6 pounds on the average. whats good about it is that there are no dietary restrictions unlike with xenical you can't take fatty foods because it would appear in your poop which is fairly disgusting by the way. Xenical blocks fat absorption in your digestice tract. However, essential vitamins like A,D,E,K are fat soluble vitamins so a deficiency of such might predispose you to complications in the long run such as bleeding. With zhen, you can eat your favorite foods however you'll have a less appetite and early satiety.

please use this formula in order to compute for your desirable body weight (DBW) for your height. The formula has already been adjusted for Filipinos and is applicable to both men and women

formula: (height in centimeters - 100) -10%

example: I stand 5 feet 8 inches

1 foot = 12 inches
>> 5 x 12 = 60
>> 60 + 8 = 68 inches

1 inch = 2.54 cm
>> 68 x 2.54 = 172.72

172.72 - 100 = 72.72 (this is your weight in kilograms)

72.72 x .10 = 7.27

72.72 - 7.27 = 65.45 kg

to convert into pounds

1 kilogram = 2.2 pounds

65.45 x 2.2 = 143.99 or 144 lbs

hello guys! isa ako sa mga buyers ni purple_icebox ng Zhen. I already ordered 4 boxes of Zhen from him and I can say that I am very satisfied with the results. It's true that you will perspire more while using the pills since it will increase your metabolism. Also, don't forget to eat at least a cracker especially if you have not eaten for the past 3-4 hours even if you don't feel hungry to avoid having ulcer. Just follow the advice of the thread starter and you can never go wrong I used to take the chinese pills Goodliness but I stopped using it because I am afraid of the possible side effects. While browsing Pex, I happen to bump into this thread and thought that it was another brand of chinese pills that can make you lose weight. ^Not only Zhen but almost any other drug that you ingest may be harmful to the fetus. There may be substances that may bind to developing organs that could result to malformations or death.
