She's Pacita de los Reyes-Philipps, Carnival Queen of 1929, considered to be the most beautiful Filipina during that period and the epitome of Beauty, Brains and Billions. She was romantically linked with top political figures, including a US Supreme Court Justice. After passing the Bar, she practiced law and later, was appointed RTC judge. She was in her 90s when she died in 2004, one of the richest women in the Philippines. She's the grandaunt of Mikee Cojuangco and Lucky Manzano.
