Idina hits all the notes and her voice is sweet (like in the "I'm Not That Girl") but has a matured tone to it (like in "Defying Gravity" and "Popular"). haaaay I just love it.....

I watched it last year in London. The play was awesome! I luv it! The cast was so great and I want to watch it again.

I bought the sountrack here in the Philippines because it would cost me P1300.00 if I buy it from there. my gosh!

OMGGGGGGG I just adore Wicked!!! It's so difficult to get tickets (on Broadway) and I'm not one to purchase tickets in advance. Haha! So the times I saw it, I had to pay full price or at a premium and it has always been SOOOO WORTH it. Definitely a must-see when you're in NY.

I have yet to see the show again with the new cast replacements. Apparently, Kerry Ellis (London's Elphaba) is Elphaba now. I wonder if she's playing Elphaba with a British accent. That'd be cute.

Hmmm, I have no plans of watching Wicked along the course of my stay here in the city - if I'm gonna compute my spending on Wicked tickets, gosh, I could buy a brand new car now...I'd see other new musicals. Well good for you guys, love Wicked as you can - just as I did and I still do.

10 Wicked shows is too much for me. hahaha.

Guys, look for some video clips Shoshana Bean - the first replacement of Idina Menzel on Broadway. Saw her 2 times, she's the best Elphie for me. She'll totally greenefy you!

Ohh dear, I really wanna watch Wicked so badly. I'm not so into it anymore unlike before that I was very much obsessed but I still wanna watch it. I am hoping for a production here in the Philippines 'cause I totally don't have any time flying to another country JUST to watch it.

i can only think of Regine Velasquez as Elphie. She can probably nail Defying Gravity perfectly (don't get me wrong - - I'm no Regine fan to begin with..) -- with a little "re-training" (from Pop singing to musial theatre) - - I am confident she'll do a good job. Plus her facial structure fits the Elphaba mold :P hahah...Doubt if she will allow herself to be "greenified". You know how mainstream artists in the Philippines are - - wary of getting ugly for a role...ha ha
