    Taiwan tourism website: http://eng.taiwan.net.tw/

    Taiwan tour bus: http://www.taiwantourbus.com.tw/

    Sa Taiwan tourism site ko nakuha yung tour bus, pero wala na yung link ng tour bus. Na-update na yung site. May list na lang ng tour operators sa main page. Sis, medyo mahal tour kasi per pax.

    To everyone, try to check the Taiwan tourism website. Nandyan na halos lahat ng "how to get there" with information sa mga sasakyan. Mga DIY tours, etc. I used it extensively for research.

    was checking out her blog and chanced upon this :

    One funny thing in Witchhouse were the bras on the back of most of the chairs. It was said that bras was not good for ladies and if any lady was to remove her bra on the spot and put it on the chair, she would receive a free drink. So the bras were actually worn before.

    This would be a cool place to check of if I had my guy friends with me on our trip

    ^^ Haha.

    I read the Hooters Taipei entry.

    It's near the hotel I stayed in; meaning, malapit sa Nanjing East Road MRT station. Along Brothers Hotel, mga 1 minute walk from the exit ng MRT. Everyday when I was in Taipei, I passed by it. Gustong-gusto ko lumapit para picturan at ipakita sa mga friends ko na guys. Di kaya ng powers ko at baka mapagkamalan ako na tibo. Hahaha

    guys, i know baka nasagot na itong mga tanong na ito, pero pls bear with me

    to get to Kaohsiung, you need to take a train, right? Is it advisable for a first-timer (with a toddler) to visit this place? To those who went to Kaohsiung, where did you stay? Or was it just a day trip?

    yep by train nung pumunta kami via high speed rail medyo masakit sa bulsa pero in 2hrs andun na kayo. How many days ba vacation niyo?

    medyo expensive yung napag-stayan namin Grand Hi-Lai Hotel, actually habol lang namin dun is yung Hello Kitty Room hehe... Accessible din ang MRT nila dun so tingin ko ok lang naman din.

    Siguro first let's gather topics of information which a normal first timer would think about Taiwan and why they have to visit the country?

    * R.O.C. Taiwan Profile
    * Culture
    * Weather
    * Places to visit
    * Visa Application
    * Airlines that go to Taiwan
    * Preferred Hotels (also hotels to avoid)
    * Sample Itinerary

    Feeling ko dame ko nakalimutan Dagdag niyo na lang kung ano pa necessary information we need to share.

    @evelash

    Ganda ganda ng pictures sa Kaohsiung! Wahhh! Hello Kitty Hotel! Kasama ba sa package ninyo yung Hello Kitty car drive sa Hello Kitty Ferris wheel? Di ko na talaga kinaya magpunta diyan, sayang. Must go back to Taiwan. Lagi ko naman maiisip yan. Ma-try nga magpunta diyan ng Chinese new year.

    @ i love blue

    I think I can do yung visa application kasi I already have one in my blog about it. I need to polish it pa, though.

    ROC Profile and weather, I think we can just lift it from the Taiwan tourism website, pati places to visit. I-cross reference na lang siguro sa mga nabisita talaga natin. Like, what page may discussion ng experience sa Kaohsiung, etc. I could browse over the pages and mark the pages na may mga ganun. Ganun na din siguro sa hotel. Collate ko data where the PEXers stayed at and i-reference natin by page, plus link to the hotel.

    May mga nag-blog din dito, right? I remember si Ruffecola mayron, so we can link their blogs for further information.

    Yung Northeast Coast, for example na napuntahan ko and Jiufen, Beitou, too and Danshui, I can make the entries for that. Nag-commute ako so I know how to get to and from those places. Ruffeecola made it into Lavender Farm, maganda din yun, kasi hindi naman masyado napupuntahan ng PEXers.

    Sorry, hyper po ako.
