Bracelet of what kind of watch? Those Asprey shops aren't bad provided they have what you're looking for.

it's a white g-schock watch. madumi na and nagbabalat na yung bracelet. 2500 papalitan sa time depot. saan kaya mas mura? sana yung plastic para hindi madaling madumihan. what shop can you recommend?

Oh my... I have never come across a G-shock requiring strap replacement but I guess it happens. Contact Beawmont distribution. 7426726. They're at Del Monte, QC not so far from Banawe. Good luck man!

I have a vintage Omega De Ville. It's already old and beat up with a few scratches. Do we have an Omega service center here?

Around how much will be the cost if I have the leather strap changed, the face "cleaned," and fix the date (cause the date doesn't change anymore).

    Thanks

There is an Omega service centre at 6750 Ayala. From what you have indicated, you want your watch overhauled, redialled and you want to change the strap. Asprey is a cheap option. The case & crystal can be buffed & polished to make it look new. The overhaul and redial of your watch may be expensive depending on your watch's condition but I am sure it will be a beauty once you're done.

Personally, I prefer the constellation over the de ville when it comes to vintage Omega dress watches.

    Good luck man!

Mga boss, is TW Steel a good watch to own. Astig kasi itsura.

Also, anyone here heard of the brand MWG? Ano po feedback nyo?

    thanks.

TW steel is a fashion watch. It is essentially a large case with a small movement inside. If what you're after is a watch to tell time and is large and flashy, then it will do the job. Personally, I wouldn't buy it though.

And I do not know anyone who uses MWG. it looks like another oversized watch to me. Oversized watches are just a trend.

A movement is the "engine" that runs a watch. Both watch brands use a lot of Miyota movements though TW uses some Ronda movements too. Miyota is manufactured by Citizen. In my humble opinion, you're better off with getting a Citizen or a Seiko.

    Good luck!

In my experience, Omega charges more than Rolex for repairs.

I've had a quartz Deville repair due to the battery leak and that cost me P17,000. This was more than 5 years ago.
I've had a quartz Constellation repaired also due to battery leak which also cost P17,000. Also more than 5 years ago.
I've had a Seamaster 300M Chrono overhauled for P16,000 about 3 years ago.

In my opinion, unless that watch is of sentimental value or you intend to continue using it, don't bring it to the Omega center.

Bottomline: do not buy quartz Omegas. For some reason, the battery almost always leaks, thereby damaging the mechanism requiring expensive repairs.

Omega does charge more than Rolex. I have friends who have had to pay a substantial amount just to have their watch overhauled. However, the watch does come out looking good and running up to specification.

I agree with avoiding quartz Omega watches. They are not worth it in my opinion and resale is ridiculously low. However, if you can find one, grab an Omega f300 watch. This runs on a tuning fork movement that runs o a battery and is more accurate than a normal quartz watch but has a sweep hand that glides across the dial.

    Watches

Hello. Let's talk about watches here.

Nagpaplano kasi akong bumili ng watch (for me), I'm eyeing Fossil and Kenneth Cole. Kaso it's too much (but I'm willing to spend at least 3k - 5k hihi).

What are your thoughts on other brands like yung di naman masyadong mahal (i.e. Timex, Unisilver Time etc)?

May nakita akong watch SPYDER ang brand and AXN, are those okay? I mean, kung pang porma lang naman. Is it okay to get?

I know, when buying watches it's always advisable to go for the brand. Pero yung pang-araw araw lang naman, gusto ko rin nung mga di masyadong mahal.

Ganito yung gusto ko at yung bagay sakin.

    Fossil

Eto naman yung gusto ko sa SPYDER

Di ko makita yung sa Kenneth Cole eh.

    Thanks for the future suggestions..

    Maganda ang Fossil.

I really like branded stuff so I got an aqua racer na may diamonds, so happy with it.

There is an existing watch thread here man. You didn't have to create a totally new thread for your question.

As for your options, just go for Fossil. I would not recommend Unisilver or Spyder. Kenneth Cole makes clothes and shoes. Somebody else makes their watches. If you are hampered by budgetary constraints, then go for a Timex, Alba or even Q&Q.

    Are Lacoste watches worth buying?

I like Fossil too. Tissot as well.

Masyado lang expensive for me ang Tissot.

    Tanong ko rin to.

Aside from Fossil, what else do you suggest?
    Yung around 3-5k lang.
