is it normal to experience it (Dysmenorrhea) every period?
It's normal to experience some lower back pains and lower abdominal cramps during the first part of your menstrual period. These, however, should still allow you to continue with your usual activities. Any severe dysmennorrhea which debilitates you should be investigated by the OB.
how would you know if you have this infection?
do women need to abstain from sexual intercourse when they found out they have this infection?
bawal ba cunnilingus if a woman has this infection?
mata-transfer ba yung infection sa male partner?
ano ibig sabihin ng hormonal inbalance? bakit sya nakakapag cause ng infection?
if u do have an infection, try to abstain from having sexual intercourse and let the infection subside 1st. hindi mo pa naman alam how you got infected in the 1st place... for all you know, baka galing pala sa partner mo.
i had an infection din before... pero instead of worrying about it, i went straight to my ob-gyne...
i suggest you go to an ob-gyne agad before your infection gets any worse.
good luck!

yeahright - Generally, you would note a change in character in the vaginal discharge. There could also be an unusual or foul smelling odor in the genital area. As sabine92575 said, see your OB when this happens.

is it normal for my vaginal discharge to be light brown? i recently had sex and i was wondering if my vaginal discharge is connected with that? thanks![]()
It might probably just be old, retained menstrual blood. If there is persistent discharge outside of your normal menstrual period, consult an ob-gyne.
thanks Ü but nung nag-appear un discharge na light brown, after a week nung mag-end un menstration. is that normal? kc days after the menstration, the discharge was clear/yellowish. thanks Ü
If it isn't recurring or constant, then it's fine. It's just retained blood.
thanks Ü
hi doc ira, just a follow-up question....im supposed to have my period this week, but instead of blood coming out, brown un lumabas...is that also retained blood? is that normal? thanks a lot Ü
doc, tanong lang.. nde kasi me nagkaroon last month.. (september) but m not into sexual activities naman..but lately kasi..lagi me nagpupuyat..
waterlily: It can be your menstruation, esp. if it's only a weak period. Just observe it for a few days.
tostitos: If you're under a lot of stress or if you've lost a bit of weight, these can also alter your menstrual period for a time. If you still don't get your period by the next month, see an ob-gyne.
thanks doc ira! Ü
the same things happened to me before...i missed my period due to stress...and before, tumagal un period ko for about 2 weeks ata due to stress din..Originally posted by tostitos
