For Female Thomasians:
Try to visit ITEC Poveda Dorm, Dos Catillas cor Dapitan St. Im not sure pro I used to pay for 4k monthly when I was still an undergrad (med intern na ako). Anyway, if you're considering to stay in Sta. Catalina, then Poveda dorm is a must. Same amenities, same activities, same level of hardcore Christian living (hehe) BUT good for the academics, walang preggy out of wed-lock, walang nakick-out, the likes. Besides, your parents will love it. Great place for freshies that came straight from the provinces.

Im looking for a DORM. As much as possible eh in-front po of UST, sa BS Tourism building. I'm an incoming freshie. Kung pwede po eh talagang walking distance lang. *** budget ko po eh 1-2k. oh kung pwede mas mura pa. Mahrap buhay ngayon eh.

Maganda pero pangit yung tubig. May amoy at kadiri at lasa. Mejo maalat kaya mineral water ginagamit ko pagtu-toothbrush at hilamos.
Yung kuryente din may daya. Anglaki masyado tapos walang maipakita na bill from meralco. Basta andami pang kapangitan dun kaya halos lahat ng kakilala ko dun umalis na rin pagkaalis namin.

yes. but you are going to pay for the extras. it could be more expensive choice if you are planning to rent it alone.
