Thumbs up HELP about SSS, TIN, PAG-IBIG & PHILHEALTH. please help

    i got a question.

i had worked for a year before i decided to resign (my first job)

when i resigned i got my sss number and my tin number from the hrd.

unfortunately (for some weird reason explained by the hr which i didn't get)

they don't know my PAG-IBIG # and my PHILHEALTH # (is there even such a thing?)

yet they deduct my salary for pag-ibig and philhealth (without knowing *** my respective pag-ibig and philhealth numbers are).

    questions are:

1.) how can i know my pag-ibig # and my philhealth # ? should i just go to their respective offices?

2.) is there such a thing as an ID card for TIN, SSS, PHILHEALTH & PAG-IBIG FUND. if so how do i get one?

    thanks.

For your SS ID just go to any SSS Branch near you. Bring one (1) valid ID Card.

I don't think they give out TIN cards anymore. They were quite useless, anyway.

sa makati, nakalagay sa website ng bir, sa atrium building, makati avenue, kailangan mo malaman kung anong RDO No. ng company mo dati kasi nandun yung records, pero 3 RDO yung nasa makati RDO 47, 48 and 49, same building lang sila lahat, kailangan ko rin nga pumunta dun to get my tin card, matagal na ako nagwowork, pero never pa ako naissuehan ng tin card at kailangan sa bago kong company na papasukan

this is only for new tin or new applications for bir, kung renewal or lost card kailangan pumunta ka kung saang RDO naka-register

KD, they gave me a TIN card when I had my employee information updated hehe. It's useful for me 'cause now when I get asked for an ID, that's what I present na lang instead of my driver's license.

Clueless on how to process your much needed applications such as NBI clearance, getting your TIN, passport, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, SSS, driver's license? Are you aware of the government services that are available to you like CHED scholarship? Are you planning to take the IELTS, GRE or NCLEX? This site will be of great help:
