Yung last batch ng trainee bale both Java and Oracle ang binigay nila, so bale 2months po umabot ang training. Ang alam ko prority pa rin ng CPI ang oracle, at para sakin mas maganda pa rin siya dahil CPI na lang yata nagpo-provide ng oracle trainig dito sa Pinas, meaning konti ang competitors so maganda ang sahod.
Dati kapag nagtrain ka na siguradong pasok ka na sa company. Pero dahil sa mga trainee na natutulog during training at ayaw magseryoso, nagkaroon ng evaluation. Napakadali lang po ng training kung makikinig ka, more on actual kaya madaling matuto. Anyway, ang rate lang naman ng di pumapasa sa training is around 3% so far.

CPI... hmmmm. looks like the best company for starters, i haven't read any bad posts for them. The Salary is good, training is good and the working environment is good... what else can i say? I'm going to take the exam next on the 14th. I think this would be my priority application for now. If I fail, then there's still Safeway Philtech. These two Software companies are the best Training grounds i think.

Safeway Philtech... hmmm... Ateneo at Lasalle grads na lang daw tinatanggap sa safeway ngayon. Sabi ng kakilala ko dun, sya na yata pinakahuli sa mga taga-state U na nahire. di ko alam bro, pero nasa 5years na yatang ganun hiring nila. Kung me company na preffered ang UP,PUP and any State U, meron ding La Salle - Ateneo ang gusto. Bawal sa batas yun pero di bulgaran. Basta lang di ka tatawagan or hanggang exam ka lang. Tulad ng nangyari sa kin sa Allegro, bumagsak daw ako sa exam nila.(First time ko bumagsak sa pinaka-paborito kong exam???).hehehe... idontbibibdem. ..dahil lahat ng kilala ko from PUP na nag-exam ay walang pumasa.

madali lang exam dun, first set is english, vocabulary, reading comprehension, grammar. pag naipasa mo yun mas madali ang 2nd set, numerical analysis, abstract, logic at IQ. googluck bro, pag naipasa mo pa-assign ka agad sa Mapfre.=)

Bakit nga kaya may ganung companies? Masyadong mapili with regards to the university attended. I also applied in Safeway and I passed the exam and the initial interview and yet they never scheduled me for a panel interview as promised by my interviewer. I also graduated from a state university, TUP. Anyways, I have moved on... I'm now with SVI... Hehehe... =)

Natural lang yung me time limit, enough time naman eh. kung mabilis ka, 20mins before the time tapos ka na. walang right minus wrong, ang concept na ganun ay pang-true-or-false lang, para iwasan ang hulaan. Sa multiple choice(5 choices), hindi applicable yun.
