If UST does use these titles, 'wag ka ma-inis. These titles are official and were conferred by no less than two popes and King Carlos III of Spain. 'Wag kang bitter just because UE's history isn't, and probably won't ever be, as illustrious as UST's.

Regarding dun sa comment mo, UE will never have that "royal pontifical" title, inyong inyo na yan dahil hindi naman catholic school ang UE, non-sectarian kami. Inyong inyo na yang titulo na yan. In fact hindi bagay sa iaasal mo, naturingan pa naman kayong "CATHOLIC SCHOOL".

I never said UE will never have the "Royal and Pontifical" title. Well, hindi naman talaga because I know and understand that UE is not a sectarian school.

Everyone here knows that UST classically exists for almost 400 years, and obviously due to that it really earned such an exceptional reputation.

You may want to put in mind that the number of years of existence is not always and not only the basis of measuring how lofty a certain institution would be.

Take into consideration De La Salle University. It was established way earlier than your school yet it is more eminent now compared to your very own OLD-established school!

I don't know with you, eastian, but I am well aware that UST and DLSU are both exceptional learning institutions (I'm not really sure if your school is... you tell me if it is). We do not dwell much on baseless comparisons because we find it misleading, misconstrued, and, above all, petty. Besides, why are you involving DLSU's name on this? You are not even from DLSU...

Can you defend and back up your stand that DLSU is better than UST? Or better yet, can you defend that UE is better then UST?

I have nothing against UST guys and in fact my dad and my brother are proud UST graduates pero wag nyo naman din kaladkarin ang pangalan ng UE tagging us "Illustrious".

I challenge you to back up your statements, EASTian. Give us the hard facts and cite your sources.

In particular, please prove your claims regarding:
1. The existence of the BIG 3;
2. Your claim thet UST is indeed behind the shadow of your so-called "BIG 3"; and
3. Your claim that "Hindi nyo nga maiwan ng milya milya yung mga nasa U-BELT".

If you can back up your claims with competent sources then I rest my case. If not, then your post is a hoax.
