I was one of the 400 people stuck on the island last week. My flights were canceled for five straight days.
We ended up taking a ferry, sobrang hilo ako. ![]() |

^ the flights yesterday were also canceled, so it's actually six for some people who didn't take the ferry.

Saturday, walang nakaalis.
FOUR FLIGHTS, all canceled. May flight din ata this week na nasa Coron na, pero bumalik dahil baha sa runway. |

150 php shuttle to and from the airport is one of the biggest ripoffs ever. Imagine the situation last week - you were paying 150 to get to the airport and another 150 to get back to town once you know that the flight has been canceled! It's ridiculous.
It's a freaking 30 minute drive! To put it into perspective, a 6 hr 130 mile bus ride from Baguio to Sagada costs only 220. It's a rip off! Tsk tsk. Coron should be ashamed. |

sa divelink resort pala kami nagstay. ok **** but the beach in front of the resort is not good for swimming. *** tourguide namin mabait at tlagang inackaso kami. sa banol beach pala kami nagpunta. sobra ganda. fine *** white sand at sab nila mas maganda kesa sa boracay.

Canceled or not, 150 for a 30 minute shuttle ride is a rip off. |

iba naman samin, our dirvers are connected with cebu pac, unless cebu pac advise the driver to head to the airport, we won't, kaya di kami nagbabayad sa van, nakasakay lang kami, magkakasabay siguro tayo sa ferry kahapon.

we've met a lot of good people back in Coron, despite the trauma of multiple cancelled flights, i'll definitely go back.

ako din isa sa mga stranded 5days cancelled, pero sabi its 6days straight na cancelled kanina lang kami nakaalis... its not 400pax, almost 1000pax ang nandun, 500-600pax sa cebupac, 200-300 sa PAL, tapos sa zestair and seair pa pero konti lang yun.
i dont recommend coron until sept. based on my experince grabe katakot dun lalo na pagstranded ka ng ganito katagal.u dont have any choice but to wait until sunday for super ferry trip. kawawa ang coron now lalo na sa mga foreigner na stranded, madalas nila sinasabi coron was a nightmare daw hahaha, hindi mo rin masisisi kasi ang daming connecting flight eh, kahit mga pinoy ayaw na din bumalik hehehe lalo na sa mga 1st timer diba. share ko lang august 3 nagtxt ang cebupac na umakyat na kami sa airport pero ilang minutes lang cancelled ulit until 430pm walang nakaalis, yung iba na foreigner dahil gusto lang makaalis they take yung 8 seater na plane it cost 11700 per pax, twice pa nga bumalik yan eh bali 16pax lang ang nakaalis kahapon. grabe ang mahal. |
