Saan located ito? Makati? Maganda ba ang offer? Hmmm. Parang interesado ako. Casual dress code ba?
See.. 24/7 just acquired one of the biggest PayTV provider in the US as a client. Just so you know... client to ng PLDT hanggang *****.. stability wise, it is really good. THey do both outbound and inbound. Ang agent pay can start to as much as 19k. BASE!!! Sa libis to.. kasi iba ang mga account sa Makati. Expect nyo nga lang na ngaragan to sa training coz the account is not that easy. Ang mga CVG lumilipat kasi Direct TV sila.. payTV provider yan. ***** you guys decide.
24/7 Customer (The callcenter) and 24/7 (The taxi company) are not in any way related...
24/7 Customer Philippines, Inc. is located @ the 7/F of Insular Life Bldg., Ayala Ave. cor Paseo De Roxas in Makati City.

i heard it last year pa.. i don't know kung maganda.. well.. insular bldg sya.. no comment.. minsan nasa bldg mo makikita kung ano status ng company.. but I'll try to check their website.. might jump if it is better..![]()
just last month a TL friend of mine left for this company and a number of agents are moving here from cvg.
any other clues about the accounts here? may bond ba? how's the pay, do you get paid the minute you start training or allowance lang muna while in training tapos the actual base pay comes in when you go live?
any info would be helpful
@bigdaddycool : Sir, transferring ka na sa 24/7? I'm planning to move there as well. I hope the package is good. Hehe..
^^^ maganda ata dito... masubukan nga hehehe
im interested in applying as a QA Analyst. Where can i send my resume? thanks
Anu yung TBD sa Libis? I prefer to work in libis area kasi.
Yes, a lot of CVG employees went to 24/7 primarily because the Senior Manager for Recruitment and Sourcing from Convergys is now their head of recruitment. Naturally the easiest "apples" to pick are from your previous orchard.
What makes them attractive from an initial standpoint is that yes, their starting rates are better. For people who are just entering the call center industry, this would be a good place to start. However for people who are in other big call centers, I would suggest you weigh your options carefully. If you are tenured or performing well, you could possibly be in line for a TL or OM slot in your current company. However if you honestly know you are just cruising along, then by all means move for the money.
