Hi Guys! Question lang po. Someone from Globe Sales team called me earlier, and they said na my plan application will be downgraded from Plan 1799 to 999. I have no choice but to agree because the monthly salary I had submitted to them was amounting 15k per month only and Im still a college student. Thet asked me if I want to divide the monthly cash out for 24 months (That is 999+700) per month, and I asked her THRICE if I'm going to pay 1699 FIRST if my PLAN WAS APPROVED. AND SHE SAID YES. I still have doubts if it's really the case na they will just give me my handset if Im going to pay 1699 first so I asked an online agent, and they said no naman. I should pay 16,800+999 first. PAANO PO BA KUNG CHARGE TO BILL NALANG YUNG MONTHLY CASH-OUT? PWEDE PO BA YUN? ANO PO BA TALAGA ANG BABAYARAN KO? I had an agreement to that agent na it will just be charged to my monthly bill. Please enlighten me. Sales agents suggest differently. Thank you!![]()

If I am not mistaken kung plan 999 ang inavail mo, pwede 'yang charge to bill for 24 months.![]()
@iRoddd , you need a credit card para ma-charge to bill yung cashout mo for 24months
You're welcome nybee.![]()
@ iRoddd: Yung P16,800 cashout i-chacharge sa credit card mo (BPI or Citibank), deferred payments payable in 24 months; bale P700 a month *** charge. *** P999 pwede charge to bill. P17,799 *** total kase may one month advance payment (P16,800 plus P999 advance).

Someone from Globe Sales called a while back. And the 16,800 cash-out will be charged monthly without credit card needed. Ayos! Buti pwede charge to bill nalang and no need to pay that on full cash until July 31,2012 lang daw yung promo nila na yun.![]()

after the background investagation, how long does it take to find out if your application is approved or not?
Where did you apply po ba? I applied July 18, 2012 through their online website for Samsung Galaxy S III. After 2 weeks po yata yun someone from globe asked me to downgrade my plan from 2499 to plan 999 and I said yes nalang. Tapos mga three days din yun tanong po sila ng tanong about sa akin (Perhaps, this is just a background test kung legitimate mga information na sinend ko sa kanila). And then kanina August 1, 2012 11:30AM someone texted me na my plan was already approved and I quote, "Good Day Mr. Santos, this is Clyde from GLobe Telecom Online Sales Team and I would like to congratulate you for being one of the chosen applicant for Globe Postpaid." And then late after two hours, Clyde called me to verify my delivery address, my freebies, my plan subscription, color of SGS3, and asked me to photocopy my TIN ID, and prepare 1,098 PHP for the payment (COD) upon receival of the handset. The delivery date is on August 6, 2012 po pala. (Five days delivery when outside MM)
Im not really hoping na they will approve my postpaid application, to think na Im just 20 years old and still a student. Thank you na din sa globe!![]()
It depends po where is the application channel (Online, GBC, etc) Usually one day lang for GBC, 2-3 days DAW thru online. For eg, presentation of a credit card and other docs will speed up the whole process, you can even get your postpaid line instantly. Hope this helps![]()
I had bad experiences from Globe Business Center (SM BAGUIO) kasi kaya hindi na ako dun nag-apply. Late July, I have submitted all my requirements to GBC, Student ID, Statement of account from my bank including two months with atleast 10k pesos (Because that was said to me beforehand, by an agent, I submitted all the requirements) and then assess all of it and then *DANG* they declined it right away. I've asked their manager why, he said na kailngan DAW isang month pa before the present two months. Are they crazy? Yeah! Akala ko ba two months lang? Grabe. At bumalik ako to give the other month they've asked me, and then *DANG AGAIN*, DECLINED it for the second time. They said to me na I have to present proof of income. Di na ko bumalik to that GBC, and im hopeless na hindi na ako makakakuha na plan from them kasi nga Im currently a student palang. That doesn't end my agony on applying in their business center. There was another incident na I used my classmate, which had enough work, money, and requirements to apply a plan for me (GRINDS)And then right away, he was entertained, fill up forms, and then interview blah blah blah. The agent said to wait 3-5 days after some verification and evaluation of their sales team. And then week after, we return to the GBC to have a follow up and then JARAN! His application DAW was not found on the applicants' list. They said whom did he give it and it was probably lost! MALAMANG HINDI NAMAN NAMIN SILA KILALA DIBA?! malay naman namin kung sino yung agent that time. How rude of them! Hindi nalang nila sabihin na we dont give plans to students like you kesa umaasa yung ibang nagaapply sa wala. That's it

To those who applied online, better if magfofollow-up kayo through e-mail and not on their talk2globe chat or feedback. Mas mainam kung magsesend kayo ng email directly to their sales agents using this email adds:
<globeonlinesalessupport@globetel.com.ph>
<salessupport@globetel.com.ph>
<talk@globetel.com.ph>
Trust me, mas effective po jan magsend ng concerns regarding postpaid application follow-up. Sana makatulong sa mga nag-aapply jan. GB![]()
