    @rosannarose - Di naman masyado yung sa IVR kasi may naka-usap naman ako nung isang araw

    @enigma98 - Salamat sa info sir at least may other option pa yung ibang subs

    ano ba options gamit mo? paulit ulit lang *** recording at walang option to talk to a live rep.

    if you want decent customer service, go directly to globe. mga call center agents lang na subcontracted by globe lang mga yan kaya walang kwentang mga parrot lang yan. paulit ulit sagot, di ka naman tutulungan.

    hahaha. thanks. i just wanted to talk to subject matter experts that why i also select the correct options, but this one will work too. guess they could transfer me to the right dept if they cant assist me with my concerns.

    50-50 pa ren yung chance mo na makakuha ng subject matter experts (tignan mo lang mga experience ng mga regular sa thread). There's no sure ball formula na makakuha ko. Alternative mo ay pumunta sa Globe biz center.

    ako lang ba nakaka experience ng super delayed na dating ng text messages?
    yung mga text kasi sa tanghali sa gabi ko na nare-recieve sa postpaid ko. then na observe ko pati sa prepaid ko na number ganun din. pag tumatawag naman nagiging out of service daw, after ilang try nagri-ring na.

    parang nagsisisi ako na kumuha ako ulit ng isa pang plan kung ganito din naman.
    andami kong nami-missed na business transactions dahil sa delay ng messages.

    ^I received infotext a while back from Globe, with Globe mentioning that they are upgrading their network to serve their customers better. Perhaps that could explain all the problems you are encountering. I used to encounter those problems as well, but not anymore.
