    WTH! Bat di ako nakakuha ng ganyang promo? Lumiliit na nga yung rewards sabay ganyan pa ang treatment. Hay naku!

    Wife ko kumuha ng plan at nagulat ako at wala na yung mga old school na plan maski yung G-Flex series. Napapa-isip tuloy ako kung retain ko pa yung G-flex ko or upgrade na lang ng plan.

    Yup wala na 'yung mga gflex and gplans. Napalitan na sila ng My Fully Loaded Plan. Or kung suited naman sa 'yo ang unli packages nila, pwede mo rin tingnan ang My Super Plans

    Naconfirm mo na ba ang pag enroll mo ng accounts dun sa site? If I remember correctly, may isesend sa celphone mo na confirmation code tapos ienter mo yun sa site para maenrooll mo ang accounts mo.

    Try mo magpunta sa My Profile. Then sa bottom part of the page, meron dun na Add link. Kung wala pang nagdidisplay sa active accounts mo, try mo yung link na yan. It'll take you to the process of adding a postpaid/prepaid mobile account to your profile.

    Pag log in mo, punta ka sa Account Management (link found at the upper right hand corner of the site). Dun lalabas ang ibang mga options. Yup sure ako dito kasi I'm using these features.

    Ah I see. Depende talaga sa business center yan. Based sa feedbacks na nababasa ko, mas madali processing ng applications dun sa mga business centers na hindi gaano populated ng postpaid applicants. Yung glorietta business center, mabagal daw processing dyan.

    Mapapamura talaga ako pag nang-barat pa lalo ang Globe sa mga renewal ng postpaid plans. Parating out of stock ang mga phones pag renewal time ko. Ano ba meron sa November at nauubos ang phone? Stock mode sila pang December siguro. lol

    Pansin ko lang na scripted yung dating ng mga taga loyalty department (the way na i-deliver nila mga response nila) kaya minsan mas gusto ko pa makipag-usap sa reps nila sa business center. In the end ay take it or leave ang mangyayari sa customer. Dami pa kailangan siguro gawin ng Globe kung gusto nila ma-dominate ang industry.

    Ang option na binibigay ng globe at pede palitan ang last 4. Siguro pag VIP ka ay bibigyan ng option to have your customized 7 #'s.

    You can choose all seven numbers as long as its available. Free for new subscribers, Php 550 if you are an existing sub and would like to change your number. These are the post-paid series:

    0917-5XX-XXXX
    0917-6XX-XXXX
    0917-7XX-XXXX
    0917-8XX-XXXX
    0917-3XX-XXXX

    There are numbers though in the 0917-6 and 0917-3 series that are still prepaid. There are preferred numbers and these cost Php5,000.00 while if I'm not mistaken, Golden numbers are charged Php 11,000.00

    ^^ Wow! Iba-iba yata ang policy ng Globe regarding custom #'s. Nung 90's nakuha ng friend ko yung gusto niya na 7 #'s at no charge. Nung kumuha ako ng 2000 ay di raw pwede at mag-advice na lang sila kung kelan pwede. This year kumuha si wifey ng sarili at custom yung last 4 #'s at no charge. Angulo
