my family has been with globe since 1997, when my mom got the Plan100 from them. we never had an analog phone, straight GSM kaagad! i remember the free phone was a nokia 2010 (tawag ko dun batuta phone, ang laki kasi!i still have it until now, retired and kept it in its original box). pero personally, i've been using the same number since globe launched their prepaid plus sim, which was EIGHT YEARS AND THREE MONTHS AGO! the simcard then cost P990with P500 load. lahat ng good and bad times ng globe dinaanan ko (anyone still remember paying sa globe business center P225 for 3 months unlimited text? or the P10/min calls?) grabe, literal na nagka-kalyo yung thumb ko kakatext nun! pano ba naman, magsesend ka ng msg at least 3x para sure na pumasok txt mo. pati tech advances ng globe, dinaanan ko, from the 8K sim i bought 8yrs ago, i upgraded to globexplore 32k, 64K, 128k and now g-live. dinaanan ko din yung WAP(dialup, 2399 yung #), GPRS, EDGE and ngayon 3G. right now, i also have a postpaid line but im still using my 8yr old prepaid number. i had my sim upgraded to the opti-sim excel 2 sim, which allows me to have both my prepaid and postpaid line in one sim. so no need to bring 2 phones. im happy with them kaya lang sana man lang sa tinagal-tagal ko sa kanila naambunan na sana ako ng konting grasya from them. nag natikman ko pa lang sa kanila is nung ininvite ako at pinakain ng globe sa Fridays to give them feedback about dun sa GlobeXplore 32K sim na inupgrade ko nun.(Oct.2000) pero one thing na hindi pa din nagbabago sa globe all these years is yung CUSTOMER SERVICE (211)!!!! hay naku...you can say that i'm really a globe baby. dami ko pa naalala na kwentong globe but baka mabore na kayo sa sobrang haba nito! haha!

biktima ka ng delayed deduction (most probably) and pag itinawag mo yan sa cust svce eh yan ang isasagot nila sayo. avoid downloading ring tones or yung mga promos via txt na ren to avoid losing your credits.
by the way nag down for 2 days yung 2312. nanghuhula tuloy ako kung magkano unbilled ko pero kanina naayos na ren![]()
Nakuha ko yung bill ko for january. Lo! and behold! Hindi nag take effect yung credits na supposed to be from Unlimitext! Grabe! Tumalon agad bill ko! Itinawag ko na agad sa cust svce at ginawan ako ng report (kinuha ko na yung case id) Kaso I HAVE TO PAY THE WHOLE AMOUNT which di ko naman kasalanan at billing system nila ang may problema!

my globe prepaid phone got stolen on thursday. i heard i can still get my number reactivated as long as i have the sim pack. is that accurate?

How long does My fully loaded plan 299 will got approved. I applied last Oct 15, then sabi 3days lang processing for approval...but until now, wala parin akong narerecieve na tawag sa kanila. Complete naman requirements ko and to think I have a Globe Broadband subscription narin sa kanila.

It depends sa business center. Nagtry ka na magfollow up regarding sa status ng application mo? 'Yung iba within the same day approved na 'yung application eh.

Any postpaid users out there? Yung web site ng Globe ngayon, nawawalan na ng kwenta every year. Before, back in 2007, I can check Unbilled Charges and Outstanding balance online, ngayon, hindi na.
Napakawalang kwenta ng web site ng Globe. Naglagay pa sila ng ganung feature. They should have removed it instead!
I was a Smart postpaid subscriber before I switched to Globe Fully Loaded Plan... Believe me, Smart has a better subscriber-end account management online service. Walang kwenta ang sa Globe.
For prepaid, you can no longer view your balance online. Walang kwenta. Buti pa sa Smart. Pero sa Smart naman, mahal ang rates sa postpaid. Wala pang promos. Mahal lahat.
Anyone noticed, they prevented all people who "liked" globe on facebook from writing on Globe Telecom's walls. LOL

After that you may edit your profile, add other accounts (prepaid/postpaid), etc. You'll be able to see your billing statements, outstanding balance, unbilled charges, etc.
Nakaenrol dyan ang postpaid lines ko (celphone and landline+dsl plans) at 'yung prepaid number ko (useless nga lang ang prepaid, hindi nila ina update ang prepaid account information).
