[MERGED] Rhinoplasty ( Nose Lift )

I have a transexual co-worker from a new company I'm working with. Damn! the nose job was so good and it looked so natural. I even tried checking the sides to see if stitches were very obvious yet there's hardly a trace!

I tried phishing information and he was nice enough to tell who did the nose job. He told me that it was Dr. Joson located somewhere in Cainta. I was even shocked when he said that most of the people who run to Dr. Joson are patients who've undergone failed rhinoplasty procedures from Belo and Calayan. Take note, his fees are also way too low as compared to other surgeons. For the nose job, he paid 35k - perfect with first attempt.

I am also planning it for myself as soon as I get enough funds. My nose are not too bad but I just wanted to make the tip more pointed.

7 days post op na po ako , hihi saya saya!
prob ko nalang e yung sugat, inangat kase alars ko e. Pero may anti-scar ako ginagamit so di narin ako nag woworry.

Hi Guys!!! Let me share you my before and after pictures.





I had mine done by Dr. James Joaquino. I had my surgery last 2008. Now I have removed my silicon implant because i had an infection. The after picture above still shows my nose with the implant. I had an alarplasty and silicon implant costing php 45,000. But I am planning to have the implant back and undergo a tipplasty with him when I'm ready. My nose got an infection because i sleep face down, I love to bury my face hard on pillows with full force. But now I knew better. When we have a nose implant we can't go back to some of our old habits. The good thing about Dr. James is he offers lifetime warranty. That means you can always have your nose done whenever you want. If your nose got infected you will pay nothing to have it removed. You will only pay Php 5000 when you decide to have the silicon back or every time you want to change your nose, that covers the operating room charges. Hope my post could help you in choosing the right doctor.

e ko alam e hehe , ang bilis lang kase e, siguro ask your doc about it, pwde gen anes. but baka iba na pay pag ganun kase may anesthesiologist na kasama e dba? hehe

update ko lang about sa voucher dame po kase ngtatanong, naclarify ko na sa doctor ko , so bali if you have a gift voucher 10k lang babayaran for 1 operation , alar plasty or bridge or tip plasty so you,ll be saving 15k and
yung cash voucher naman po 5k discount to any surgical procedure po .

after operation with doc joson revision is libre po you'll just have to pay 5k for OR fee yung lang

YES! thanks, i really love what changes im seeing right now. Everytime i wake up in the morning ill look into my mirror and take a pic haha! not like before i hate picture coz i have to get a good angle pa! ngayon wala angle angle! effortless! hahahahha

pwede naman tulog ka during the operation, si doc alonzo kasi binigyan ako ng valium and injected anesthesia sa arm ko kasama na sa 35k yun along with the rhinoplasty and alarplasty na yun, supposed to be tulog ako kaso i fought the meds kasi nga excited ako at pinapakinggan ko uun mga doctors kaya di ako nakatulog, before the operation kasi after ka bigyan ng meds bibigyan ka nila ng time to relax and sleep.

si doc alonzo pala nahanap ko siya through different forums lalo na sa femalenetwork and ng nagresearch ako nalaman ko na siya trusted doctor nila gizelle sanchez, cesar montano and his wife, venus raj etc. tyaka when i went there to have my plasters remove, for interview siya again with jessica soho, kaya i trust doc alonzo completely kasi may reputation siyang iniingatan sa public,

sis, i am so much interested with your post, kept reading it and i enjoyed your post alot.
Im having my vacation trip to PI this July, and i have idea seeing Doc alonzo with your admirable post.
first of all, let me please know, where did the operation done was in E. Rodriquez clinic ? how much he charge you in goretex implant ? having this valium and anesthesia was so much enough for fear of needle, ha ha ha!
i may please know how much he charge for goretex ? thank you and your concerned post to everyone!
