    Salamat KuyaDanny .

    heat rashes

    Hi,
Is there a treatment for heat rashes or should I just wait for it to go away on it's own?

My heat rashes are making it hard for me to do my daily workout(I'm trying to lose some weight)...

This actually started when I started working out...

Is there a "quick fix" that would allow me to resume my daily exercise routine?

    Thanks!

Heat rashes or miliaria is due to the obstructed sweat glands hence showing up as red papules on affected areas. It commonly presents with a moderate itch. The main treatment is to stay in a cool environment (notable is u mentioned its appearance when u started working out), topical creams some steroid based or with calamine which is soothing are usually prescribed an antihistamine would also be very helpful. Now Its always best to have urself checked by a specialist to make sure it really is "just" a heat rash not some other condition.
