After the final interview, no result will be mentioned. You have to wait for the call from HR. In my case, 2 days lang eh tinawagan na ako ng HR for JO, so depende sa urgency ng position that you're applying for...

hi BigDaddy21! wud like to ask lang if there were instances that it took shell months to make job offers? u said kasi that it depends sa urgency ng position. in my case, when i made follow up last week, i was told that ok na daw yung BI pero wala pa sila go signal from their director to make a job offer.

@turtley I think the final interview will depend on the manager na. Hehe. On my exp kasi separate interviews ang Team Manager at Senior Manager. TM ang medyo mahaba habang interview then si SM, usual starting greets then she just asked about something on my resume then we're done. Expect na lang din siguro for technical question/s from the SM.

I'm still waiting pa rin for the results of my final interview. Sana matanggap na.

Pero ininform ka na ba ng HR na you passed the final interview? Kasi mauuna muna syempre yun before job offer. Pag tumagal ng one week at di ka pa tinatawagan ng HR, sadly baka di ka nga pumasa. Kasi in my case, HR called me the day I also had my exam and interviews. One day lang nangyari lahat.

Hi, try mo na lang muna itext/call yung HR correspondent na kumo-contact sa iyo. Mabait naman sila at sasabihin naman sa iyo ang status ng application mo. Sa akin, lampas one week halos bago ako kinontact for JO. God is good. Hopefully by June maka pag start na ako.

hindi na ba hiring ngayon sa SSS? rinig ko kasi sa ofismate ko dapat daw malakas kapit mo para makapasok ka dito.

I'm planning to apply rin sa isang tax position. How many additional interviews are there after the HR interview? Technical questions ba, meaning tatanungin ka ng taxability etc?

How long bale buong application process mo?

According to the qualifications, willing to work at night shift... meaning ba nun night shift ka na talaga or may chance lang na night shift?

May HMO dependent ba kayo dito sa Shell SSC?
In connection with the first one, pag single yung employee, eligible po ba sa parents yung HMO dependent?

Tanong ko lang po is if ang background ko ay Dell HW support at Service desk ay pasok ako for the said position? Pwede rin po ba ako dun sa HR svc desk analyst? Sana po eh masagot ninyo ang aking katanungan. Marami pong salamat ^^

I think you're background is ok for the position you applied. Although I think the people in Shell would be the one who could really decide on that. Just look at the responsibilities of the position you applied for and see if those are the things you did on your previous job.

I think they are still hiring. There are many openings as indicated on their site. Try applying online
