    they know that they cant!
they are only after their commission.
after you pay, you are own your own.

    take it from there.

    (see my comment above why)
they just want to tract you down so that they can
    extort money from you.

    payroll?
    no probs.
BPI is not like Metro Bank na kahit illegal ginagawa.
curious lang.. anong illegal na ginagawa? hihi.

    when you default,
Metrobank sometimes illegally gets all of your salary.
they know you cant afford a lawyer anyway.

  4. #884

Woah.. how the heck can they do that without your permission? I think everybody should be aware of this.

    card interest is 3.5% p.m. (42% p.a.) compounded monthly
    plus 5% penalty compounded monthly
    plus other fees compounded monthly
    plus
    25% collection fee
    plus ++
dont worry, it will reach eventually P100,000.00!
and there is no guarantee that collectors will forget their source of income.

Wala pa akong nababalitaan na nakulong, unless the intent is to defraud the company. However it will still be string of evidences to prove the person, guilty first. Actually, hindi kulong ang intindihin mo. Yung mga credit collectors ang isipin mo sa sobrang sipag nila hanapin at tawagin ka with their undying love for Bllying tactics,(Laugh out Loud!!!)

  13. #893
I have read your post, realistically speaking. Hindi ka makukulong. Credit collectors are very good in bullying tactics. Try offering them amnesty, they will give you lots of reason to pay first the minimum, then ayun duon lang kayo mag-uusap. Kung gusto mo silang tantanan kanila muna for a month or two. bayaran mo muna sila in minimum sa kanilang hinihinging exagerrated stated amount, but give them your condition as well like "I can pay you every 15th and 30th at the total of the minimum,They will agree to that." kasi it's better than nothing at all, right? An advice, within the year try saving slowly an amount that can total for your amnesty payment then when you reach that amount, offer it to them,They will readily agree. But for the mean time bayaran mo muna in minimum yung exaggerated amount monthly, just to keep them off your back and nakakapag-ipon ka at the same time for your amnesty payment. sana makatulong itong advice ko sa iyo.

    alongsky, just some caveat:
    - are they authorized?
    - is it the correct amount?
    - saan ba pumupunta ang bayad?

ang tanong ko is may natatanggap ka bang letter from legal office? kung meron at di mo ito na settle after you receive their final notice, ang court na mismo ang magsa submit ng name mo sa CMAP (not the bank huh), then once submitted na ng court ang name mo then, blacklisted ka na. you may try calling CMAP to check if your name is in their database na...eto po ang number ng CMAP - 8129880 / 8178386 / 8182372...just provide them your name and they will inform you kung nasa CMAP na ang name mo... hope this will help....

    Marlowe,

    just want to confirm:

is it the court now that submits the credit info to CMAP?
is Credit Information Corp. in existent?

been away for quite a long time.

thats how CMAP explained to me when i tried to check my name in their database. sabi ng nakausap ko court po daw ang nagbibigay ng details ng person to be included in CMAP.

  19. #899
    thanks Marlowe

Before, it is the CMAP staff that sourced the info from
    the courts.

The court is not "reporting" to CMAP.

(unless I am not updated anymore.)

    Hi Pexers,

Just an advice with this forum...I made a negotiation in a form of amnesty program with the collection agents but still they don't accept my offer and yet they force me to pay the minimum amount to settle and then they will endorse my account to bank to approve for the amnesty program..Is it really true that I need to pay the required amount of downpayment in order to approved for an amnesty program or I can have it directly once requested... hope somebody will give some sort of advice.. thanks..
