    saan at kanino dapat i-address?

again, my appreciation for your inputs.

allo...you can call the customer service of your card company...take note of the name who called you...the csr will course it to the supervisor/manager...and the disciplinary action will depend on how "valid" the complaint is....

no one can force you to pay ur debts pag talaga wala ka pambayad. as long as your intent to pay is there, your solubility ang solvency di nila kaya ipilit yun.......

    promise to pay lang

but no checks ...... trap yun

    Konting tulong

A few years later - a few weeks ago actually - nagsimula mang-harass yung collection agency / law firm (bakit ba pinapayagan 'to which I heard is now a source of misrepresentation, false pretenses, etc.).

Aminado ako dapat nagsimula ako magbayad kahit paano.

Ang tanong: hanggang saan kaya or pwede i-pursue yung pagkolekta? Pwede ba ako ma-extradite for this? If I start paying now - but I do not want to pay the collection agency and instead pay the bank, maayos ko kaya etong problema?

Konting tulong or advise will be appreciated. Salamat.

that is purel a case for a collection of a sum of money, hindi criminral, papayaan mo nalang and concentrate sa job mo at family, medyo dedma at pakapal muka, just make promises promises para may intent to pay ka at no intention to defrau your creditors.

they cannot force you to be solvent if you are not, your capacity to pay, mas ok pag nag work ka

hold departure order bec of credit card non payment, ano yan lokohan? bigay mo cp no ng collector ako mag legally harrass sa kanya.

If for example I have
an outstanding of 50k sa citibank and I promised to pay sa next cutoff, irere-structure
ba nila yung utang mo (like waive off the the 50% of your utang , hehe, wishful thinking)?
Or will they give you discounts?

    thanks

wait for a moatorium on debts. pag sumama na economic situation just like 1930's at 1947 after war
reason behind is to give preference sa gastos ang food over debt payment

  9. #269
may chismis lang kasi ako narining na ang citibank daw nagbibigay ng big discounts sa credit card debt nowadays as long as you settle it asap, haha.

Pwede din ba ako magpadala ng bayad either sa bank or law office/collections agency to show proof of willingness to pay?
