Mostly boxing, grappling, MMA, kickboxing, and spinning. Hip hop from time to time, and we are STILL looking for a competent yoga instructor (nearly impossible). Beyond this, optimal ways involve HIIT on a treadmill, HOC training, or other methods to speed up your metabolism instead of slow it down like group classes will do.Originally Posted by broccoli
Make no mistake about it. The reason group classes people have a hard time losing weight or keeping it off is because long cardio slows down your metabolism.
