Ang masasabi ko lang ay parang maciadong mailap tong 2 companies na 'to. Di ko alam kung san sila kumukuha ng applicants.

Same with Colgate-Palmolive, Johnsons&Johnsons.

Hmm.. bakit naman po mailap? I'm currently working at Unilab. I think they value referrals. However, some of my colleagues here applied via jobstreet. It depends on what department and position you're applying for. You just need to have good credentials. Coming from a reputable and known company (i.e. Nestle, P&G, Colgate-Palmolive etc.) is a major plus.=)

I tried applying in Unilab before I took my board exam and I was ignored.

After my board exam however, I got a call from them for a position that I cannot remember. I was already working for another company at that time so I wasn't able to accommodate them.

lost_soul, kung career growth ang habol mo, unilab is a good company (not to mention, good package). tataas ang market value so kahit hindi mo balak sa unilab magretire, maganda ang credentials mo paglabas ng unilab.

toryangski, may reseearch and devt sa unilab. meron din medical affairs for clinical research assoc. basta pag sa unilab ka, maganda ang benefits. as in maganda.

thanks. strong naman research background ko tsaka maganda rin credentials ko. i just hope me opening pag graduate ko. mas gusto ko kasi sa unilab kesa pfizer kasi mas malapit sa bahay namin.

mababa ang sweldo sa unilab pero sa benefits panalo.. pag single ka grabe ang taxang laki.. 17.5 months to pay, libre food, my valle yung sa medicine, pacelfone, nakaplan, lahat gastos mo napapareimburse, yung sa helathcard nila malaki *** limt pati sa fam mo, tapos pag summer marami activities for your kids, basta galante sila, my profit sharing pa sila yearly and a lot lot more.............

^^ladydiane, that's actually not true. the tax deducted from employees are what's stated by law. walang labis, walang kulang. hindi nagta-tax shield ang unilab because we believe in integrity and honesty. we do not cheat the government of what's due them. whether government spends taxes appropriately is a different story.

wala ding difference between single and married employees. like i said, kung ano ang nakasaad sa batas, yun lang ang ide-deduct ng unilab.
