    AYAW KO NG PHYSICAL EXAMMMMMMMMMMMMM!

may APE kami ngayon pag di raw nag pa test may consequense sa HMO benefits..huhu

  5. #85
^ nakakainis yung APE puro interview lang wala naman chine-check. saan ba pwede yung totohanang APE? x-ray lang at blood test ang nakuha ng matino doon.

  6. #86
Haha. . .kasama talaga yun, the interview portion is just part and parcel of the whole APE. This data is needed for the medical history of the client because diseases like hypertention, heat disease, diabetes, cancer etc are all hereditary and the medical examiner can then correlate wth the lab results like the CBC, blood chem, X-ray etc one's health status!

Good pm, ask ko kasi nasa traning period lang ako sa work and we will undergo a medical test. May kidney stones po ako not sure if meron din UTI. I don't have money yet to cure it. Is it a ground para sabihin nila na I'm not fit to work. Ok naman ako sa lahat, hindi naman ganun kasama I can still work perfectly. Graveyard shift ako sa isang BPO company.

Most employees in the United States are covered with a health provider. The cost of treatment of a disease that might crop up while being employed will not be an issue.

In the Philippines, most applicant for work have no current health providers. This means that the cost for medical care in case a disease crops up during employment could cost the company unforseen expenses.

Also, there is a diaspora of migrant workers overseas. Overseas employers would want to lessen their expenditure and increase productivity by making sure that the workers they recruit are as healthy as possible. This lessens the rate of overseas hospitalization and repatriation.

If there are two applicants for a job and both are qualified, the employer would rather get the one with a lesser risk for getting sick while on the job.

kidney stones perse wont be an issue unless your urinalysis will show traces of calcium oxalate....this will prompt your doctor to dig deeper. yes, they can turn down your application due to health reason.

HMOs hate medical claims....dont give them reasons to turn down your claim if ever the need arises.

just wait for the reading to be done. If you are negative for PPD, it means that you have no TB infection. The cause for your fluid in the lungs are most probbably of some other nature.

I am about to take my pre-employment exam sana this week. I had minimal PTB, finish the medication, healed but scars na in my lungs. Lagi na kasi nakikita yun sa x-ray.. Nalulungkot na ako sa nabasa ko..

paki interpet po ng urinalysis ko. i divided my urine specimen into two bottle, then i brought it to the government hospital and the other in private clinic, but there have two different result, which one was really accurate.

    government hospital

    physical examination:
    color - yellow
    transparency - clear
    specific gravity - 1.005

    chemical examination:
    sugar - negative
    albumin - negative

    organized sediments:
    PUS - 0-2
    RBC - 0-2
    epithelial cells - few
    mucus -

    unorganized sediments Crystals:
    Amorphous Urates - few

    private clinic

    physical examination:
    color - yellow
    transparency - hazy
    specific gravity - 1.005

    chemical examination:
    sugar - negative
    albumin - negative

    organized sediments:
    PUS - 8-12
    RBC - 1-3
    epithelial cells - rare
    mucus - rare

    unorganized sediments Crystals:
    Amorphous Urates - few

then the private clinic gave me medication : Doxycycline

which one i choose and if i will take the medicine

    thanks for the help.
