    good morning mga people. meron ba kayong alam na pampaliit ng puson pero mura ***? kc when i was younger super lakas kong kumain. sabi ng iba di daw lalaki puson mo if tumayo k after mong kumain. Hehehe ginawa ko po ito pero di cia ganun ka-effective...suggest nmn kayo

    nabasa ko sa inquirer

    1 tbs of apple cider vinegar mix with 1/2 cup warm water 9add honey if you want)

    take it every day (before breakfast)

    diet...

    no breakfast (coffee lang pampagising hehehe), sa lunch laging gulay ang ulam (kahit anong luto na gulay ang main ingredient basta wag masyado oily) plus 1 rice at pag dinner, salad lang (usually ceasar salad) withsome kind of meat (porkchop, chicken, etc)

    fruits in between kung magutom.

    and gym

    plus factor... since puros damo kinakain mo, mura lang gastos hehehe.

    tan gin ang buhay yan o, miserable ako pagdating sa pagkain, ang sarap kumain pero kelangan pigil para ayus katawan hehehe. s het!

    sit-ups mga 20-30 reps twice a day libre pa!

    i've tried avon's cellu-sculpt too about 300 effective din sya. i used it a couple of months after giving birth kse bawal pa gym and nakita ko results nya, naging firm yung part na nilalagyan ko even without any exercise or diet.

    takbo!! kahit nakapaa ayos lang hehehe. start small tas work your way up in distance ^_^ mura, pawis lang puhunan

    thanks...dis sat try ko yang avon's cellu-sculpt ...*** sit ups at *** ibang masyadong physical n exercise..d pa yata ako pede e. kaka-opera ko *** kc s appendix last july and medyo sumasakit sakit p cia though medyo tuyo n rin.

    Tama! Sit-ups. Libre pa. Thatís what I do everyday. When I noticed na medyo nagkakapuson ako, sit-ups lang, after a week, feel na feel mo na ang resulta.

    Sa totoo lang, hindi advisable ang mag-skip ng meal lalo na kung breakfast. We get our dayís energy from breakfast. Sabi nga mga dieticians, dapat daw ang heaviest meal mo ang breakfast dahil you will burn it all day. Pinakakonti should be dinner in the evening because you are ready to rest and the body wonít burn a lot of energy. Ang masama pa pag nag-skip ka ng meal, lalo kang magtatakaw kaya pag kumain ka mas marami pa kesa kung hindi ka nag-skip ng meal. Pag nag-skip ka rin ng meal, hihina ang metabolism mo, lalo kang hindi papayat tapos nanghihina ka pa.

    kung di mo kaya full sit-ups, do kahit crunches lang. subukan mo pagkagising mo sa umaga para nasa kama ka pa. i do 50 reps. tapos another set bago tulog.

    daily sit ups...after eating, dont sit down at once....lesser rice...
    it isnt advisable to skip breakfast....its for energy unless tambay ka sa house at walang ginagawa, ok lang...pero if you will go on w/ the day working, you need to have full breakfast....dinner is a no-no....lunch, veggies, fruits....

    actually ang sit-ups e para magpaliit at magpa-firm ng upper abs o tiyan.
    pero for puson or lower abs, try mo, lie down on the floor then hold on to something secure like your bed or a furniture, tapos itaas-baba mo yung legs mo. epektib to, ginagawa ko 'to dati e.. matagal na panahon na.. hehehe..

    and we have this thing that my mom and i wear when were at home especially bago kumain, i don't know what its called pero it's like a huge garter with velcros worn around your tummy/abdomen... kung may corset ka pwede rin un... para hindi ****** mag-expand ang midsection..
