    The Fray's "All At Once" video is premiering now at VH1.com! The video will make it's TV premiere on VH1's "Top 20 Countdown" Saturday morning at 9 am. That show repeats Sunday at 8 am and Monday at 9 am. Check your local listings!

    The Fray's "How To Save A Life" is the #1 digital album of all time in the US. Additionally, the band has been nominated for two Grammy Awards: Best Pop Performance by A Duo Or Group with Vocals, and Best Rock Performance by A Duo Or Group with Vocals. The Fray also won all three awards in the digital category at the 2006 Billboard Music Awards, including digital album, digital song and artist of the year.

    How to save a Life-it has a really catchy melody or whatever you want to call it lol. Upon hearing the intro, it makes you eager to listen to the whole song and the lyrics dig... lol
