Eto lang po pwede ko i-share... sa DSL pa lang, panget na ang customer service ng PLDT (actually kahit ano naman service from PLDT e panget) and kung simpleng subscriber ka ng DSL for personal use, I heard it takes about 5 days bago nila i-solve pag nagkaproblem ang connection. Kung ginagamit mo ang services ng PLDT for your internet cafe business, ano na kaya mangyayari sa negosyo mo kung 5 days ka walang connection (sigh)
Off topic: How can you manage to have an internet cafe if you don't even have time to inquire at the PLDT office? Di kita inaaway ha, pero think about it even before planning to invest. Sayang ang pera kung di naman kikita. |

I agree, Smart Bro's customer service sucks! Paputol-putol yung connection and they wait for days before sending a technician to fix it.
Daming internet shops na nalulugi ngayon. It really depends on the location kung may chance na kumita yung internet cafe business mo. |

I don't think I can get into this business as well because PLDT charges such hefty rates!
Here's the cost breakdown for 5 PCs P35,000 downpayment P22,000 / month for 1 year P7,100 / month for another year P4,860 monthly for DSL bill Excluding monthly DSL bill, everything costs a whopping P683,200. Sabi ng PLDT everything is bundled na daw, tables, chairs, networking, software, support, etc. But I'm still not convinced that I can be successful in this venture. ![]() |

Siyempre, nininegosyo rin ng PLDT ang negosyo n'yo no. Bakit sila gumagastos ng malaki sa ads nila? Dahil negosyo nila yun.
