Remember these words at the start of his term? Well, guess what? Ever since he took over, majority, if not most of the controversies during Erap's presidency involves his friends and family members. Some of these include the Paquito Diaz - Nora Aunor bidding scam last year and then now what? His friends are again invovled in this Jueteng Issue.. his "drinking buddies" Chavit Singson and Atong Ang.. Geesh, talk about hypocrisy.

on the contrary, erap was faithful to that promise. he failed, though, to qualify the same. the statement should've read:

"walang kai-kaibigan, walang kama-kamag-anak...kapag kwarta ang usapan!"

kamag-anak na itinakwil: beauty-queen daughter jr ejercito - "ano? isa pang anak na paka-kainin ko? dehins na."

kaibigan na itinakwil: jueteng bagman and mahjong crony chavit singson - "masmalaki ang kita ko sa 2-balls ni atong. tapon ko na itong si chavit."
