If the PI fails, Charter Change can still push through if the proponents are able to gather the 195 signatures needed to turn Congress into a constituent assembly.

it's a no-brainer, actually. why would the proponents of this movement (sigaw) do such a thing when they know that these signatures will be scrutinized by the comelec, the opposition, etc for validation? maliwanag pa sa sikat ng araw na sabotahe to. and if some may rebut why the opposition would do such when they know that people like me would think how i think, and will most likely doubt their claim? well, they have been doing that ever since... exploiting the gullibility of poorly-endowed pinoys... and unfortunately bulk of our population nabibiktima nila... kaya nga nananalo ang mga katulad ni erap, loi at jinggoy e....
