DLP TV or LCD TV or Plasma TV? For 40"-60" TV?

Which is better? Would like to know your experience with your 40"-60" TV?
I plan to buy one but would like to make a wise investment (obviously, this is not a cheap purchase)

    Thanks for the help!

I got a Sony Grand Wega 52" LCD HD Ready. So far it does wonders... Im just waiting for PS3! Though it doesnt support 1080p, only to 1080i, but its ok... right now, very few TVs(and only the latest and most expensive) got 1090p.

XCSD is the new tv technology.

it uses 3 LCDs instead of the standard 1 LCD. for better picture, obviously.

1080 p is NATIVE on one of those suckers. i'm just waiting for a couple more years, and i'll plop down money for one.

i have 2 crt hdtv monitors as it is na kasi eh.

DLP TV is alright for TV and DVD, but the drawback is that refresh rate of DLP is crap when playing a console game (X-Box, 360, PS2, NGC). LCD is good, but it takes floor space like any other TV (although a 42" can be easily carried by two guys on each end only using one hand). Plasma is reasonable, prices are dropping, doesn't necessarily have to be a fancy schmancy brand name, and can be mounted on the wall (which is just as expensive as TV stands for LCD).

i'm still sticking to my 20" FLAT TUBE TV, for both AVI viewing and console gaming. don't wanna bother with HDTV or LCD TV or others until like 4 years from now.

and if I wanted to watch something HUGE, i just warm up my LCD Projector.
