does eclipse gym own any record?
Greatbop, are you a member of this gym? Is your name among those listed?

If not, nakakahiya naman na pinaglalaban mo ang dalawang gyms where you have no affiliation whatsoever.

To Eddie Torres, hahabol kami sa numbers ninyo.. hehehe!

I think GreatBop is just trying to stir up a pissing contest between the two gyms and not knowing that the trainers in both gyms actually know and respect each other in real life...

Exactly!!! Both gyms have mutual respect for each other

So, going back to the topic of Gold's Gym... are there any feedback from members and disgruntled members? I'm thinking of getting a limited membership at Makati (P16K for 144 visits within a year) and my main reason for considering it is that it's on my way home from work.

(Fitness First is closer but after all the horror stories I heard about the cancellations in membership, I decided against it.)

Coming from one of their first members who wa a charter member in fact, the treatment is the same as FF, minus the credit card scares.

Oh, and a lot of gays harrasing male members in the locker room

I wa one of the first members of gold's back in 2002. Makat palang branch nila. At first, mejo ok pa service, shempre pa PR mga ungas to get clients for their personal training. Ever since, service has sucked and plummeted big time. That's one of the reason's I decided to leave

    What happened???

    Bakit wala nang nagpopost?

  13. #53
So far, my friend has no complaints except that the place is too far

  14. #54
I used to go to the Galleria branch. No complaints at all. I didn't renew as I moved to Eastwood for work (office used to be at the Ortigas area).

Some people complain about their service or lack thereof. I think it's more on the individual on how he/she handles it. No trainer will be able to look after you full-time because they have other responsibilities. Of course, one can always get a personal trainer if he/she wants 100% guidance.

No, but it is clearly implied. People who go on about where they work out abroad is always ignored.

So reply to the one about Canada Gold's in a Great White North Canada discussion eh? I've seen Gold's in Canada when I drove to Niagra from Chicago and stopped to see what the fuss was about that particular branch, but this thread exists for people to learn the good and bad about Gold's in Metro-Manila. So soap-boxing about living abroad and going to Gold's abroad is pointless, meaningless, and irrelevant.

Besides....Gold's is basically low-end in the States and Canada. Everybody knows this.
