bumili ako ng 512mb flash dun dati late ko na nakita na 480mb lang *** storage space bad trip. . .
oh well mura paren compared to other stalls out there
i believe yugn mga flash drives (example 512 mb) doesn't really contain that much memory in them. parang may naalala ko yung ibang memory is saved for sytem files installed in the flash drives.
With warranty? How many months?Originally Posted by cairo

i know pero dont u think 32mb is too big for system files?
kainis lately ko lang napansin lagpas na *** 1 week
kase *** sa ka officemate ko *** 128 nya mga 4-6mb lang ata napunta sa system
Flash drives should have capacities very near or the same as the actual declared size. Some discrepancy might come from the fact that 1 kilobyte is NOT 1000 bytes but actually 2^10 o 1024 bytes. Naturally as the capacity of the device increases, so does the discrepancy. Also, if the flash drive is bootable, it will contain some system files that will decrease the total space.
If you have a huge flash drive (like 8 Gb), you'll hit the limitations of the old filesystems. For example, you can only format a flash drive in FAT16 to a max of 4 Gb due to inherent limitations. A workaround this would be to use FAT32 (which is incompatible with many devices) or to make two or more partitions.
wala quality control mga flash drive naka dalawang beses nako palit ng flash drive nung una cd-r king na brand crystal na 1gb nag error at ayaw magpakopya sumunod PQI similar problem worst part I've thrown away the receipt so i can't have it repair it to them even if their was a warranty seal sticker.
* Just bought the following from CD-R King:
A) Retractable USB to Mini-USB Connector (P50) - Will allow me to access my RAZR V3 from almost any computer w/ USB connection.
B) Individual Earphones (P80) - Sounds great. Will monitor the durability, though, for the next couple of months.
* For the record, the Optical Mouse I bought from CD-R King I've been using for the last 8 or so months now have not exhibited any fading whatsoever. I guess it depends on the type of use of the unit.
* I agree, the CD-R King 'tinderas' used to be worst than 'palingkeras'. 'Parang utang na loob mo pa na bumibili ka sa kanila dati'. But it seems to have improved when I was there yest.
hi. of late, wala akong mabiling imation or ridata CD-Rs from the CDR King branches I frequent (Gateway and Glorietta since ito lang ang pinaka-accessible sa akin). can you guys recommend a really good brand of CD-Rs that i can use as substitute for these two habang wala pang stocks dun sa CDR King? With these 2 kasi, I've never had any reason to transform the CDs into coasters, thank goodness.
thanks for the recommendations.
yeah meron sila, P250-300 yata ang price non.Originally Posted by baste

Finally bought a 1GB pqi USB flashdrive as price went down further to PhP 1080. I remember it was priced around PhP 1950 at PC Express and PhP 1800 at PC Corner at around May of this year.
Saw a 2 GB USB Flash Drive for around P2.1k at a CD-R King outlet just recently.
