Yep, it's also the reason why I wasn't able to go to the MTV God's Kitchen party in the NBC tent. Luckily, the afterparty by MTV was staged at Pravda too!

First of all, I'm not sikat. The place is sikat but not me.

Second, I don't diss people just because I'm a dj but I do get postitive and negative remarks just like everyone else. You just have to be careful with what you say around people, and not just djs. We all get dissed for not playing a certain sound, genre or pop song that they like and we don't want to, don't have the single or it's just not the right music for the night. It comes with the territory. And again, we don't bite! We just can't please everybody.

Sad to say it's true. I heard it from the other DJs in town at medyo na-disappoint sila. Sira nanaman ang pangalan ng mga DJs. Baka laging associated na kami sa drugs.

pero hindi lang naman djs ang nagbebenta eh... marami pa sa tabi tabi. betcha marami na naman tayong makikitang sabog sa cream party sa halloween

I am back. Just fpund this thread again today. Hindi na rin kasi ako masyadong nagPe-Pex.

Well, I also attended the CREAM party. I just found it sad that SEB FONTANE didn't appear. Natakot daw siya sa bombings.

Did you guys know about this prior to the party. Did the organizers announce that he wasn't coming? Kasi unfair naman sa mga nag-anticipate, right?

yeah, seb fontaine wasn't there nga... the dj's name being flashed on the screen was dj dave lee. i'm not sure who were the other djs.

there was actually news na that the party might not push through, yun pala si seb fontaine lang yung hindi matutuloy and i don't think they announced that. i still had fun though. kaya lang for me parang ang tagal mag-peak nung party, like around 2 na siguro...

I was up in the platform at the right side near the exit. I was watching the party people dancing, shouting, raving and you-know-what.

The water mist spray was cool. And everyone looked like this --> Hahahahahaha!!!

Medyo mas marami last year naka-costume at medyo naubusan siguro lahat ng ideas on what to wear.

I might tag with Patch on a friday in Flute or Saturdays in Green Planet. PM me if you wanna meet up.

oceanblue - we need not mention names here as we might offend friends or relatives of the person involved. Some of my friends know this guy personally and I feel sorry for him already.

cornonthecob - the Cream Party was a blast despite the absence of Seb Fontaine. One thing I should've done before going to NBC Tent was to go to the NBK party in New World Hotel (formerly Cats). And I agree that changes should be announced before the party starts but that's business as usual for the likes of Big Fish and company.
