guys kelangan ko ng matitirahan, ke boarding house man yan o condo (basta ba mura lang eh, hmmm ... mga about 1000 / month budget ko) ... na malapit sa ortigas (where i work).

Anybody can help me (or at least shares the same sentiment)?

You might wanna check out Buy and Sell or the Sunday edition of Manila Bulletin. There are plenty of ads there!

hay naku...ako din kaya. ang hirap ano? naghahanap ng matitirhan. pero malapit sa UP. i don't think may place malapit sa ortigas where you can shell out more or less a thousand bucks per month. unless you consider cubao (which is the nearest). be prepared to shell out more than two thousand bucks kng magrerent ka and share with someone. and that's the cheapest estimate na for ortigas. i'm not sure though. it would be good to check out the ads.
