mga sabi ng mga sirz at ma'am ko dito na mga DKS alums. karamihan ng mga umaalis, gusto rin makabalik (especially kung sa dalawang sikat ang pinaglipatan nila). ang best feedback nila regarding DKS is the training in general. ang common bad feedback nila is ma "politika" daw...

not sure what that means since i'm reading things about FTE's, shouldn't that safeguard against whatever the politika is? hehehe

DKS, like any other big organization, is not immune to office politics. Kahit saang department or anuman and rank ng isa sa DKS, will always use politics to his or her own gain.

May ilang akong kilalang gumamit ang pulitika para umangat. I won't mention names though.

hmm... i had my interview 3 years ago... nasa stage na ako nung hingan ako ng payslip..(although walang pre-requirements na stated above) i forwarded it to DKS hr.. and 3 years have passed... no call... naka-ilang interview na ako nun..4 na ata.. 2 hr.. (nasa enterprise yung isa).. and 2 asa operations.. or team lead ata..i frgot..la lang.. just wanna share.

hehe, my friends in HR might get angrywith me - parang di pa sila (recruitment) kasing organized nun (3yrs ago) compared to now. not that everything runs smoothly today...

My HR friends tell me none scheduled yet. They still have a ready pool of applicants daw... Try to send/email your resume or, if you know someone in DKS, get a referral...

I was called again by DKS for a particular position. It is my 2nd phone interview from them, but they are offering me a contractual position. 6 months daw and then that is the time you will know if they will absorb you or not. Any idea about this?

Does anyone know when will the Campus to corporate (class of 2012) program start? It's been almost 3 weeks since our final interview. But still haven't heard of the result. :/ I'm a bit worried already. Konti na lang and I think I must go on with my other applications in other companies. DKS lang kasi cinareer ko talaga since I really want to be part of this company. Yung ibang applications ko, dineadma ko HAHA. But now that I feel like I do not have any solid assurance of my entry sa company, I consider applying in other companies na. Huhu.

i got a call from DKS yesterday. sobra hindi ko expected kasi may 1month na siguro nun una ako nag-apply sa jobstreet. then *** naman feedback that time kaya kala ko ignored naman yung application ko since fresh grad palang at no work experience. nung tumawag, kala ko simpleng invite lang, phone interview na pala agad at hindi talaga ko prepared kasi medyo kagigising ko lang nun.

then he told me na isesend daw niya via email yung invite for interview para bukas.
Regional Analyst Program for Group Technology and Operations: Global Business Service, Class 2012 yung post daw na ikoconsider nila saken since fresh grad nga ako.

wala talaga ako idea about this C-to-C Program. what is the entire hiring process? ilan at ano anong interviews with whom? exams? then gano katagal yung buong proseso?

honestly, nagparesched ako sa monday. kailangan ko kasi ng intensive research at preparation para dito. and medyo naghehesitate ako umattend din kasi i'm not from one of the top universities. from PUP lang po, Banking and Finance graduate. kaya feeling ko maoutpower ako ng mga applicants from top univs with honors although di naman siguro sila nagdidiscriminate when it comes to school, etc. pero feeling ko lang kasi na mas may edge sila?? (paranoid)

hindi **** totoo na galing lang sa Top 4 universities ang tinatanggap sa DKS kasi ako graduate lang sa Our lady of Fatima University na hindi kasama sa Top 4 at hindi rin kilala sa pilipinas at considering na B.S. Nursing graduate pa ako eh natanggap naman ako sa DKS at 9 months na ko doon. Nasa diskarte ng applicant yan at kung paano ka magproject sa harap ng interviewer. 5 years ang work experience ko - 6 months sa BDO as Teller, 1 year and 6 months sa IBM as Call Center Agent at 3 years sa Australia and New Zealand Banking Group as Analyst. Yung kasabay ko nga na fresh graduate sa UST at La Salle eh hindi natanggap. Kaya wag kayo mawalan ng pagasa kung hindi man kayo graduate sa Top 4 universities na yan. Confidence is the key, ayaw ng mga HR at Hiring manager and masyadong negative na tao.
