our usual coordinator she has package that starts of with 5K for OTD pero syempre all depends sa scope pero the highest was around P9k which includes hosting. so kung coordination lang, mas mura pa siguro...

hi..im an "overseas bride" kaya we got a full wedding coordinator...she's charging us 25k...ok na ba yun? and medyo disappointed lang me kasi kundi pa tatawagan ng nanay ko na nasa pinas na magreply sa email ko eh naku...anyway, cud anyone give me an idea ano talaga ang role nila. she gave us suppliers to choose from , some eh nabook na...invitations and favors eh ** na sa US namin papagawa...what else pa ba ginagawa nila aprt from she will do d hosting job on d day and legwork daw....how i wish na i cud look pa for somebody kaso august na kasal ko...anyway, what about RSVP inclusive...u mean sila magcoconfirm from d guests nun? thanks a lot po..

They're charging us a fair amount naman, around 40K ata (I cant think of the exact figure on top of my head. May discounts kasi kami). I am really please with their service. Paulo Clemente's doing a great job.

Naka pag hire na rin kami ng wedding coordinator, 25k lang at base din sya sa Baguio...di katulad ng mga ti ga Manila na may out of town charge pa sila. Salamat dito sa website at sa mga nag reply. Malaki ang natutulong ng website na ito sa katulad namin nasa States.

Hello. It depends on what kind of service you will get. Yung samin Partial/Turn-Over Coordination, 15k. I can recommend my coordinator kasi super maasikaso siya. And she will also work around your budget. Her name is Grace from Worth The Wait, their website is www.worthdwait.com. Eto yung scope ng Partial Coordination nila:

1. General evaluation of the initial preparations made by the couple.
2. Recommend and present concepts and designs for venue.
3. Search and recommend other suppliers needed.
4. Meet with emcees to discuss programs.
5. Coordinate bridal showers and stag party for couple.
6. Coordinate accomodations and transportation requirements.
7. Advice and help on the couple's legal and documentary aspects of the wedding.
8. RSVP management.
9. Includes On-the-day planning and coordination services (tingnan nyo na lang sa website nila, ang haba eh, hehe)

ang cost ng coordinator would depend kung ano ang scope of work, kung gaano na sila katagal sa business. normally yung mga baguhan para maka attract ng clients mura ang ang fee nila. yung others kahit matagal na sa business di naman naka register sa dti or sec (kaya mag ingat sa mga ito)... and of course if out of town ang kasal.

running rate ngayon sa otd is 15k, shared is 25, full is 35k.

very helpful yung site ng coordinator ni abby (maeve27), you can also try this site -- > http://creativeeventsph.com/services.php di nga lang complete ang details but you'll basically know what they'll do kasi phase by phase ang naka lagay doon kung ano ang gagawin nila... with this group ang otd is 20k, share 30 and full is 40k inclusive of taxes. meron din silang reception coordination - doon lang sila sa reception. parang otd din pero reception lang kasi karamihan ng mga church daw ngayon may sariling church coordinator at ayaw na ng church may coordinator pa doon. this is at 15k yata... not sure since not interested with this. program management naman- parang otd din yata ito pero walang coordinators. sila lang bahala sa program yata and they coordinate the whole program with your suppliers. you will only get the emcee for your program (normally si dj hitman daw ito) and a program manager. program management is at 13k yata or 10k.

Mejo kabado ako kasi overseas bride ako, baka palpak ang mapili ko... specially now na may nababasa akong may coordinators na nang-iiwan sa ere...salamat po ng marami!

How much is the out of town fees for a wedding coordinator? kasi, im having a hard time looking up wedding coordinators in iloilo. im here in the states. im ok with paying anything, basta everything will be taken care of lang. most of the planning, ive done already eh. i just need vendors and my vision to be implemented.. this is really hard... help po?

They charge 25k for Full Coordination. Mukhang namang ok yung kausap ko. But I'm checking out other options as well.

everyone, especially the overseas bride. be extra careful lang when dealing with coordinators. i suggest that you have relatives here in manila/phils. na pwde kausapin yung coordinators.

coordinators charge between these price range:
On-the-Day-- bet. 10-20k depends on how "experienced they are"
Turn-over-Coordination-- bet 20-30k
Full Coordination--bet 25-50k

TITA -- 25k for a full wedding coordination in baguio is pretty ok.
BLUEMOON88 -- ok na din 25k for full wedding. actually, medyo mura nga siya na-charge sa inyo. be very specific lang with the responsibilities of your planners ha.

OTD isnt the literal "on the day"..usually, this service package covers part of your wedding preps (mga 80% done ka na dapat..coordinators will just do some follow-up). on the average, OTD package includes 3-4 "physical meet-ups" for production plans/management (what ever one may want to call it) unlimited sms/email consultation and of course, the "on the day" service from hotel preps to church to the reception.
