    Malamang manager na yan. Kung partner alam ko in US dollars ang sweldo. Anyway iyong sinasabi kong superstar eh hindi pa managerial pero mataas ang sahod kumpara sa mga ka-level nya. Ang tinutukoy ko dito hindi pa executive. Understandable yang 200k/month pag manager na or executive position.

    May offer ako na 60K for a Senior Team Lead position, ok na ba yun? Nag-umpisa sa 45K, naka 2x ako nag-decline tapos final offer na daw nila yung 60K

    situational interview is just giving you situations and you have to answer how you went about the situation: what is the situation, how you handled it and what was the result of your action.

    madali lang yun basta you know and you understand what you do (work).

    Accenture is a good place to work because you will be trained the "global" way. Kaya nga siguro there are a lot of Accenture employees who were able to make it outside the country.

    Pa-swerte-swerte **** ang US assignments. It all depends on your project assignment. There are projects that have regular assignments as in may tao talaga sila sa client site all the time while there are projects na transition lang ang chance na makapunta ng US. Sometimes this is a cause of "depression" for some people. Parating nagtatanong, "si ganyan nasa US bakit ako hindi?" As I've said, pa-swerte-swerte lang yan.

    I consider myself to be lucky because I've been sent to the US for several times already. There was a time where I spent more time in the US than in Pinas for a particular calendar year. Ang sarap ng buhay ko nun. As what one of my managers said parang ginagawa ko daw Quiapo ang US. To illustrate my sched for that period:

    Nov 2003-Jun 2004 - US
    Jun - Aug 2004 - Pinas
    Sep - Oct 2004 - US
    Oct - Jan 2005 - Pinas
    Feb - Apr - US

    Whatever your sweldo in Pinas ganun pa rin yun kahit pinadala ka sa US. The only added perk is that you'll receive per diems and other allowances while you're in foreign assignment. The actual amount depends on the place where you are assigned (syempre, mas mahal ang cost of living sa New York, San Francisco and other major cities compared to the "lesser" cities).

    iyong mga superstar? iyong kung tawagin ay SME. SME = Subject Matter Expert. iyong talagang matindi ang kaalaman at magaling sa halos lahat ng aspects.

    I'm not even near that amount, I'm a Senior Team Lead, and I'm a subject matter expert.

    Pero mahina ako makipagsocialize sa mga managers and execs. Siguro yan ang reason bakit maliit sahod ko. Meorn pala ako team mate, mas mababa ang level sa akin, got an increase of 30%, pero ako 20% lang Pero d sya productive, pero magaling sya makisama... Yun lang comment ko

    Nope. Our per diems are fixed and there is a fixed rate for each location. Other expenses like gas and parking should be supported by receipts.
