whoa thanks for the tip rockstaridol. heading to the nearest fully booked later.

    just wanna share:

had a bad dream last night. nagpunta daw yung muse dito for a lollapalooza kind of event. then nagpapicture ako sa kanila. then narealize ko nawawala yung bag ko so i missed their live performance kakahanap ko sa bag ko. then nung kukunin ko na raw yung picture, wala yung print, at nung binigay sa akin nung photographer yung negatives nung film to check, wala rin yung shot namin. ayun, gumising akong umiiyak.

Muse's Drummer 'Loves' Robert Pattinson's Girls!

Robert Pattinson is a lucky guy, if you will ask Muse, the band who contributed songs for Robert Pattinson's upcoming flick "New Moon". The band's drummer Dominic Howard told MTV News that he will love it if "girls started to follow him in massive droves".

He told the website: "I don't know who [the Robert Pattinson of Muse] would be." He added, "[But] I wouldn't mind, you know, having the same amount of ladies like to chase me around." The drummer of the 'New Moon' band also added that it's hard to be popular with the girls, but he's ready for that, "I'll take on that responsibility. You got like a whole train full of ladies that follow him around wherever he goes." he said. Check out MTV News' complete report HERE.

In related news, I read a lot of blog posts and news article citing Robert Pattinson's interview that he considers quitting acting after the Twilight franchise. Fans reacted violently, and that includes me. Maybe he's still confused if what are his goals in life. Like what he told Seventeen Magazine, "I don't even know if I want to be an actor that long. I don''t even know how to be someone else... if I start doing lame work, I''m not going to stick around and do it!"

Queen guitarist gives Muse seal of approval

British rockers Muse have gotten a thumbs-up for their new album The Resistance from Queen guitarist Brian May, who called the record "great stuff." May told the BBC, "I think they're very good boys and extremely talented, and like us they have their tongue in cheek a lot of the time." The irony of May's endorsement is that some critics have taken Muse to task for creating epic songs and bombastic vocal harmonies that recall the legendary U.K. prog-rock act.

Drummer Dominic Howard told NME that one new song in particular, "United States Of Eurasia," has drawn comparisons to Queen, saying, "I guess people have thought it sounds a bit like Queen, particularly that big chord and the big harmonies . . . When we did that in the studio we laughed a lot because it was so uplifting."

Muse bassist Chris Wolstenholme told us that the trio has always enjoyed making music that gets a strong response: "You know, the best kind of reactions you can get from fans are extreme reactions. You know, I think if you want to get extreme reactions out of the people that are listening to your music, you kind of have to be a bit extreme with the music that you make. That's something that we really, really enjoy doing, you know. We don't like sitting in this kind of middle ground, you know. It's much better to have, you know, 50 percent people love you, 50 percent hate you, than it is 100 percent people to think you're all right, you know."

May also said about Muse, "They are extraordinary musicians. Real virtuosos -- much more than I am. I like the way they let their madness show through, always a good thing in an artist."

The Resistance debuted at Number Three on the Billboard album chart last month, with the disc selling 128,000 copies in its first week of release. The chart position and sales were both career highs for the British trio in the U.S.

Muse has been opening several North American shows for U2 and plays its final date with the Irish supergroup on Wednesday (October 14th) in Houston.

Top award caps year for local heroes Muse

MUSE have capped a triumphant year by scooping the sought-after Best Act in the World Today at the Q Awards.

The South West rockers beat the recently split Oasis to the top prize, while seeing off competition from big-hitters Coldplay — whose leader singer Chris Martin hails from Whitestone, near Exeter — Arctic Monkeys and Kings of Leon.

The prize comes after the band played two homecoming shows on Teignmouth seafront to an estimated 30,000 people.

The September shows were so popular frontman Matt Bellamy hinted there might be more to come: "The gigs were superb — and we hope they won't be the last," he said.

The supergroup has won Best Live Act at the Q Awards three times. But despite being nominated on four occasions, the band has never won Best Act in the World.

Paul Rees, Q-editor-in-chief said: "Q is proud of the fact its awards recognise musical achievement and excellence. The award is particularly sweet for Muse as it decided by the nation's music fans."

Oasis had been tipped to win the award, after Noel Gallager announced the band's split earlier this year.

Muse, which formed in Teignmouth while at college, have won 24 awards in a glittering career.

Other Q Award winners this year include Lily Allen, who won Best Track for The Fear.

Last year, Coldplay won Best Act.

Adam Lambert Collaborates With Muse and The Darkness

Yesterday we unveiled the covert art for Adam Lambert’s debut album, For Your Entertainment. It was appropriately glamorous, edgy (Lambert style), and striking – three things we’re sure the American Idol runner-up had requested as necessities.

Well, now we’ve got a little more info on the actual album, itself.

Thanks to the world of Twitter, Lambert recently shared a few details about a few tracks. Apparently, his people have been able to grab Muse and The Darkness for the boy!

Yesterday morning, Lambert revealed his collaborators in the following tweet (via Consequence of Sound):

There is also a song called “Soaked” written by Muse! Also a tune called “Music Again” written by Justin Hawkins of the Darkness!”

Okay, The Darkness just seems like a perfect match in regards to the aspiring pop star. There’s no question about that pairing of over-the-top performers. However, Muse is a huge rock band that people of all genres seem to enjoy. What do Muse fans think about this?

Many have compared Muse to Radiohead because of the vocals but we do think there is a certain “glitz” to Muse’s style.

No matter how huge Radiohead gets, the DIY hipsters will always love them. Muse, on the other hand is somewhat associated with Stephanie Meyers (Twilight author)… so maybe their cred has been knocked down.

Whatever the two tracks end up sounding like, we already know one thing: It’s going to be scream-tastic (or scream-awful)!
