It should be. The Registars Office of San Beda is one of the most inefficient, antiquated and backward in Metro Manila, if not the entire country. Records are not computerized and transcript of records cannot be reproduced (since they're not computerized). Thus, kung makuha mo yung certified transcript of records mo, dapat ingatan mo dahil wala na silang kopya nun. For example, if you take a graduate course in a different school (for your masteral, law or medical degree), you will only be given one and true copy. Wala nang matitirang copy sa San Beda Registrars Office, as in "burado" ka na sa Beda kapag graduate mo. It's different from other universities (La Salle, Ateneo, UST, UA&P) kung saan computerized ang transcript of records mo. Anytime na kailangan mo ng certified true copies, apply ka lang at makukuha mo na without hassle kahit ilang kopya pa yun. Kung nasa abroad ka, imi-mail pa nila (although may bayad yun, but you're paying for their efficient service). Sa Beda, puro red tape. Daig pa ang LTO at mga City Hall.
