good programs to clean hard drive?

anong ok na program para i-clean mga free space ng hard drive? ksi parang whenever i delete something sa recycle bin parang di bumabawas ng tama whenever i check the free space left. i forgot kasi this one where you can see all the files/folders that are filling up your hard drive. any help? thx in advance

You might want to augment the disk cleaner with a program that shows how your space is being used. I use a program called Disk Size Manager that scans your HD and shows in a tree format (plus pie chart) the space consumptions of all your folders. This way, you can track which files need to be burned off to CD or DVD, which you should consider deleting, etc.

Guys,

My 40GB HD crashed taking it with all my 10 years of photos, music, video, porn, applications...

Is there still a way to retrieve those data? My brother in law tried to retrieve the data with Norton Systemworks but some how he failed to retrieve the data through Windows or DOS. I am willing to pay for the service if available in Metro Manila.

And please none of those format c: replies okay?
