Hehehe. Nagapply ako dito ang natanggap rin ako. Bilis ng recruitment process, all within a week lang. Kaso sa job offer, tumawad pa sila sa expected salary ko. So dinecline ko yung offer. Sowi . And hindi ko rin nagustuhan ang benefits, hindi kasama ang dependents sa health benefit.

how much po *** basic salary nila kapag senior java *** level mo? may 50k ba + benefits? Thanks and God bless!

    hehehe... nabuhay uli tong thread.....

Tinawagan uli ako ng CAI-STA... di ko na lang matandaan if late last year or early this year..... I politely declined as I was still under contract pa.... they offered to pay my bond para makalipat ako sa kanila.... they were offering a contractual position with retention bonus.... it's not polite to reveal their rate but it was very generous even with today's on-going rate, what with the recession going on.... kaso 10% ang tax nila instead of the usual 2% na rate pag contractor ka.

What was disappointing was the way they handled my case.... when I declined on their offer, nagalit si ms. Boombie.... kakatakot.... I have plans pa naman of working with them talaga in the future....

For a contractor (1yr contract) RPG senior position, it was way, way, way more than that sans 10% tax and benefits but with retention bonus.

Though I did not apply nor forward any resume to CAI STA someone from their company invited me for an exam and interview. They have an urgent requirement for an RPG programmer and can start asap. I hope they can offer a fat salary. Any idea on the rate they can offer?

  20. #39
