For me naman, the slightest smell of food will nauseate you. Like you're soo full, if you even take one small bite you'll throwup. I drink the capsule once a day sometimes once every other day. <---cheapskate!

i tried bangkok pills before -- the extra mild one -- and though it was really effective, i didn't like the physical effects. i tried modelling too, and that's my current favorite. it lessens my food cravings, but i don't get palpitations at all.

Where to buy is a good question kasi nga ang dami peke. Sabi daw, bring the original box or tin with you whenever you want to restock your supplies. Since my 7 days might be an old packaging we can only trust the one selling it to us. Marami ka makikita sa booth selling chinese medicine. Sa Robinson, ever, china town <---nako ang dami dun!

Hirap noh?? I also tried Lightsome (white carton box). A little bit more expensive. P180 ata. Pero its 400mgx10x2

20 Capsules lang. Good for 10 days if you drink it twice aday. Again, sana original yung bibili mo. There is a Chinese Drug store in Robinson Manila. Malapit sya sa entrance ang shoes for female mismo sa robinson department store. It may cost more, but i think original naman yung medicine nila then the suki stores near the grocery.

I've tried both xenadrine efx and hydroxycut years ago.So scary!I had heart palpitations and I thought I'll die.Beware lang of using these..

i used xenadrine efx on/off for about a year then i switched to xenadrine nrg. then just recently switched to thermo shred. just follow directions at the back of the label as there are a handful of side-effects like acne growths, heart palpitations, mood swings, etc.

anyway, above mentioned diet/exercise supplements work best with..... exercise

IMHO, having undergone medically-supervised treatment using Phentermine-based pills, as well as trying Xenadrine, HydroxyCut, etc. etc. etc. on my own to the high heavens, let me tell you, all of the stuff works BUT the results are not permanent.

These meds are based on appetite-suppresants that trigger a part of your brain, which is like having chemically-induced anorexia. So really, this isn't your willpower working, and once you are off the stuff, all the weight comes back with a vengeance.

Remember the phrase, "Easy come, easy go"? Well, it's true. Just a precaution though. Your choice.

I don't know anything about effective slimming pills..but i know this for sure, throwing an extreme work out everyday for at least an hour will do justice.

be careful in using those slimming pills. be sure to follow directions. my sis-in-law took more than what was prescribed coz she haven't reached her desired weight and when she finally did she stopped. it was effective at first but then she started eating again so she took those pills again... it wasn't effective anymore! na-immune na yung body nya.

people here want the easy & not to mention CHEAP way of slimming down.

they seem to be too lazy to work out. I'm doing them a huge favor but its up to them to know when to stop.
