secret in the sense that ur family doesn't know about it...kc pwede kayo lang ng partner mo or with ur close friends ang nandun...pero this is valid...kasi CIVIL WEDDING sya!

Common sa mga nag Secret Marriage, single pa rin status na gamit nila, lalo na sa work.

Pag hindi na secret marriage, tsaka na sila nagpapapalit. kanyan kasi nangyari sa brother ng fiancee ko....

ang alam ko...kasal by a "reverent chuva" kayo pero di pina file sa NSO kaya by nature eh single pa rin ang status..kaya secret kasi just in case na di magwork,they have an easy way out since di naman authenticated. but if after sometime u're done testing the water and you're sure that your partner is the "ONE"..dun pa lang ipa file.thus, by law mrs. jane doe na si wifey...thus all of the legal IDs should be changed accordingly

kc mukha di a-approve ang parents din namin, we're both 23 and from what i understand kelangan pa din ng consent ng parents or to notify them pero gsto ko din me papers kahit papaano. is it possible to have papers pa din ba even without parents' approval?

yeah its very complicated. I am 27 and my bf is only 23. He's still taking a second course and I need to go abroad. His family want us to get married after he's settled (graduate, pass the board exam, and get a stable job). My family is against my bf coz they think that he's too young for me (and not yet settled). My bf is just worried that is we have to wait, that would be too long...

Anyway... would it be ok na wala syang parental consent.. second, is it ok na magpakasal somewhere na walang nakakakilala.. (we're living in a city wherein halos lahat, kakilala)...and lastly, what are the requirements?

Hi there! I have a friend who has a similar case but the difference is he already went through the secret marriage thing. He was 21 at that time but the girl was 17 though so they falsified her age. Even the witnesses were not really relatives of the two and the judge who performed the marriage doesnt look like a real one. After 4 months they got separated and has never seen each other until now. My friend wants to know if the marriage can be delared as void since the girl was underage at the time they got married. He also checked it in NSO and found out that his marriage was registered. Is there any way he can clear his record in NSO without going through the annulment process since it will take a long time and money? Is the marriage really void in the first place? If so, what is the process that he needs to do? Any inputs would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

hi! hi! dapat may bayad itong advice ko ha but since we're on the topic, considering that the marriage was registered with the NSO, he can't get out of it or clear his record without going through the courts for the declaration of nullity of his marriage with his minor wife. void yung marriage from the very beginning but it is a requirement under the law that the marriage be declared void by the courts first, otherwise, any other marrige he enters into after said first marriage will also be void. O P1,000.00 worth of legal advice na yan ha! hehehe!

speaking of "free services" hehe. what are the factors that will contribute to the psychological incapacity basis for annulment? since this is the only way the procedure can push through according to an attorney we talked to? she said they were on legal age then, being 23 and 21 and doesnt really need consent from parents. also they had cohabited after that, although the girl left him for someone else only a few months after the said marriage. they never saw each other since.

how much do we pay a psychologist for the psychological incapacity attribute? do we seemly pay one or do we need to give some proofs atleast?

by the way, do you happen any law firm that will charge lower than 100k for an annullment case? hehe. thanks.
