i received a very good feedback from the interviewers but NO JOB OFFER GIVEN. its almost 3 weeks na!!!

hello, i was contacted by Lawson several times and i think na if you're qualified enough, the hiring process would not take long. i was given a job offer after ng isang personal interview with a technical manager. unfortunately, hindi ko kinuha *** offer due to some reasons. if you have enough experience sa field mo, that won't be a problem.

may alam akong isang company or recruitment na minsan tumawag ulit sa officemate ko na ang sinabi na pwede ba *** mgrefer ng mga friends or referrals at mgbigay ng resume *** mkaabot *** ng quota ng mga applicants na hinihingi sa kanya ng bossing nya..

akala pa naman nya may result na *** sa interview nya.

and then next time nun tumawag ulit ay hindi na nya sinagot.

I'm being considered for a poisition in Lawson. I'd like to ask how is it there? I mean how is the environment? and in terms of "enhancing" your skills, are there a lot of things to learn with Lawson? is the business practices good enough?

Actually, you have to email or call them if you're in or out. The general rule na don't call us, we'll call you doesn't necessarily apply to this. Especially, if you're already done with the final interview. They would tell you to get in touch with HR for follow or HR will call you. But if they don't call, you should be the one to call them. If you're in, they automatically inform you. Kasi of the requirements you need to take care of: medical, clearance, NBI, etc dahil it takes time to process this. Plus, if you're currently employed, you would need to file resignation from your current company. Kung nde ka naman pasok & it's been 1 week or 2 at wala pa rin call, we can presume na nde ka pasok. Pero call to make sure din di ba

It's almost sad that a lot of people from that company will read posts here and hear you complaining in a somewhat annoying way. Di ka pa nakakapasok, dinig na nila hiyaw mo. Those are my thoughts anyway.
