Anyone who has been here? I knew those peepz who have been to Pagudpud stayed here (at least most of them). I'm planning to visit this city. Any infos you can give to me?

Magkano pamasahe? Mga mura pero magagandang hotels, mga sights and sounds and city activity. Any itinerary that you guys can suggest? or foods to eat?

Hi, Im going to Laoag this weekend too. May masusuggest ba kayong Hotel and maybe some tourist spots I can go to? I's my first time.

In Laoag,Fort Ilocandia is the best hotel but also very expensive. Value for money would be Hotel Tiffany and Palazzo de Laoag. Suggested sights would be the old churches of Laoag, Batac,Paoay, Marcos mauseleum,Malacanang of the north,Fort Ilocandia,Cape Bojeador light house,Bangui windmills and Pagudpud. Also, try the empanadas,bagnet and other Ilocano food and delicasies.Best resto is La Preciosa in Laoag and Dawangs in San Nicolas.

If you are traveling by bus. Damage would be around 800 for a Super Deluxe bus- One way. You need to make seat reservations pa. Farinas Trans 743-8582( 8:30PM at 10:30PM ang mga may CR ). Maria De Leon 7314907( 8:45PM, 9:45PM, 10:15PM ) Florida Bus to Laoag is at 10:00 PM

Try the newly opened JAVA Hotel owned by the Farinas clan. JAVA HOTEL

or Isabel Suites located along Bacarra Road. Tabi niya Jollibee.


Activities/Tour:
Laoag City Sinking Bell Tower - May times na binubuksan ang loob so puwede kang umakyat sa taas.
St. Williams Cathedral - Bagong ayos lang ang loob at retablo.

Tobacco Monopoly and Aurora Park
Dap-ayan for the empanada.

Wala bang magandang bus na DAY trip? As in umaga ang alis? Sinusumpa ko kasi ang night trip dahil hindi ako nakakatulog halos sa byahe (masahol pa ko sa tulog-manok).

1. I am arriving by plane from Manila to Laoag. Meron ba taxi/jeep that can take us from Laoag Airport to the bus station that goes to vigan?

2. How much much is the fare from the airport to bus station to vigan?

3. how much is the bus fare from laoag to vigan?

We are planning to go straight to Vigan from Laoag. Thanks!

Wala bang magandang bus na DAY trip? As in umaga ang alis? Sinusumpa ko kasi ang night trip dahil hindi ako nakakatulog halos sa byahe (masahol pa ko sa tulog-manok).

There are day trips that leave early in the morning to about noon. Call Maria Deleon or Farinas as mentioned above.

There are no taxis in Laoag but tricycles and jeepneys are available to take you from the airport to the bus station. I don't know the exact fares but they are very minimal.

you need a car to go to places. not much help with the jeepneys, if you really want to go around. there are only jeepney, calesa and tricycle as your public transport here..

partas bus ok kaya lang ang mahal last 3 years ago 650 pamasahe ewan ko ngayon magkano na 11hrs ang byahe namin umalis ang bus from cubao 12mn
