From MRT Quezon Ave station, ride a jeep papuntang Welcome Rotonda, then pababa ka ng Burger King. From there, sakay ka ulit ng jeep papuntang Mayon St. Then pababa ka ng Jonas Restaurant, katapat nun SkinHouse na.

Ive never been there pero Im planning to get treatments sa clinic nila. Any clinics guys that you can recommend on were to get hair removal for legs using diode sa abot kayang halaga? Ive been reading that Clarity is good also. Cant decide kung saan ako magpapatreatment kasi takot din ako na baka magkaside effects.

    Hoping for your response guys!

Facial Care Centre has a new promo. Are they good ba in laser hair removal services? and how much naman kaya? In the promo below, diode ba ang gamit sa laserlight hair removal?

    Thanks riku.
Parang mas affordable kasi sila sa FCC at Flawless. At sabi nga, diode naman, so hopefully ma-try. May mga packages kaya sila?

Sa mga naka-experience ng diode, ilang days bago mag-fall off yung hair?

  4. #244
riku, laser light of facial care center is diode. They just use different brands depende sa branch.

pantone #000, shedding is after 2 weeks. Where did you go for diode laser?

  5. #245
Skin Station announced that it offers painless diode laser hair removal in all its 9 branches. Ang alam ko dati, Soprano Accord ang gamit sa Timog at SM MOA branches nila. Ngayon, lahat may diode na. They have a promo now, P5.5k for 2 years unlimited underarm hair removal. This is the promo link:

    riku

Facial care center uses diode, they just call it laser light.

i went to skin house for diode laser light for legs. In 2 sessions, i've seen few strands of hair that i plan to go back after another month pa siguro :-) My first ipl laser was done by a dermatologist, and i learned that if you go for one type of laser, you may need to start from scratch if you transfer using a different machine. The 5 sessions i had with her using ipl was put to waste and i had to start from level 1 for diode laser at bh6750.

If you guys really want to start with laser, invest on a good machine like the one in bh6750 and skin house. I went to skin house for the legs because it has the pain free option. I would advice this in sensitive areas. The consultant is very nice and you really get what you pay for. It's hassle free to set an appointment, and professional talaga mga staff nila.

Don't go for low end type and have to start all over again. Hindi naman biro to shell out 5k or 6k or what tapos hindi pala effective.

    puffmommy
skin house's diode is 2250 for underarms and 1800 for booster. I appreciate how the staff follows up on me from time to time. Ok dun.

Sharing this post from SkinStation FB:

You Cannot Have Laser Hair Removal If:

    • You are pregnant or breastfeeding.
    • You have a history of herpes simplex virus in the area to be treated.
    • You have tattoos or birthmark in the area to be treated.
    • You have sunburn in the area to be treated in the last 3 months.
    • You have taken isotretinoin (Accutane) in the last 6 months. This medication can make your skin very sensitive.

    More from SkinStation FB:

    Before Your Laser Hair Removal

    • Do not shave area to be treated before your appointment.
    • Do not pluck, wax, or use a depilatory in the areas you wish to treat for 4 weeks prior to your treatment.
    • Avoid any unnecessary UV exposure to the areas to be treated for 4 weeks prior to treatment.
    • Avoid self-tanning products for 4 weeks prior to treatment.

Firestorm, you forgot to mention that patients should not expose the treated areas 1 week after laser as well.

Shaving on the first session is not advisable so the derma can see how thick the hair is, but patients are advised to shave thereafter.

Whitening is also not advised in between sessions without proper spacing.

Crimzon, I second that motion. It is important to make sure the dermatologist doing the treatment has extensive experience so she can go a little aggressive with the laser session. I hope you're getting the results that you want.

Hi riku, I would recommend you to go at Skin House Clinic because I've heard that they have a promo on legs, it's 3+1 I think I'm still have one more session left on my underarms and Brazilian area but I'm very satisfied with the result na nga. It's super fine and very minimal na. Painless, no more anesthesia needed and effective talaga sya and yung staffs nila are registered nurses and have experiences na talaga on that treatment. So no worries

  12. #252
Yes try to go to Skin House Clinic. they have promo on legs. still ongoing pa din its 8000 per session and if you get 3 sessions you will have one free session. per session and payment. call or text them at these numbers 0917 8987546 / 5424106

i tried laser hair removal in Belo using their harmony machine which is said to be painless. Indeed, it was -- no anesthesia needed. Hopefully, results will turn out great. Just had my first session last week @ P2500/session.

  14. #254
Why would you choose harmony which is an IPL over diode with belo? Harmony is really painless, but take into consideration that IPL is IPL.

The one in Greenhills uses the diode counterpart of harmony, why not go there?

  15. #255
Nagaaccept ba sila ng hair removal sa arms?

  16. #256
Oh sorry, skin anatomy in greenhills used nannolight pala not harmony.

gongchan, most clinics do laser hair removal for arms naman talaga.

  17. #257
Just read in Oprah that it's really not advisable to have laser hair removal, may it be nd:yag or diode if the person is tan. The lighter the skin tone, the better the result will be. Anyway, this link from a blogger might suit you well. She went to skin house clinic. http://www.spotted-by-barbie.com/ski...-hair-removal/

Hi everyone, I pluck my mustache and beard on a daily basis to stay hair-free, which is really time-consuming. I am a trans by the way. What worries me is that I have to grow these facial hair to a certain length before undergoing session? That would be horrible! How can I even go out of the house with facial hair?? I'd like to know if there is another option where people need not see me with mustache, beard, and all. Thanks!
