This means that suppliers are allowed to read the posts, but, ARE NOT ALLOWED from making posts that directly or indirectly promote or advertise their products and services. The primary purpose of mykasal.community is to serve as a venue of interaction among couples-to-be and newlyweds about planning and preparing for their weddings.

Kasal.com offers the opportunity for wedding suppliers to promote their products and services with the Wedding Resources http://estore.kasal.com/estore/resources/wed_index.php3 section, the most comprehensive listing of wedding suppliers in the country.

Wedding suppliers are prohibited from posing as a bride or a groom to promote their businesses. Pretending to be a bride or a groom clearly violates our non-promotion policy and insults mykasal.community members. Likewise, such behavior results into a negative perception of the supplier's business.

If a wedding supplier finds a negative post about his/her product/service on mykasal.community, you are highly encouraged to contact the customer directly to resolve the situation. If, however, both parties were unable to amicably settle the matter, and the supplier wishes to reply to the negative post, the supplier may only do so by contacting Kasal.com and arranging to post through us. Though wedding suppliers are not allowed to post messages, we believe that in such cases, suppliers should be allowed to present their side of the story to present a more balanced version of the situation.
