Last week of March until April 10, 2012 or during that 2-week period, nagkaroon ng system migration/enhancement ang buong PLDT kaya walang Processing ng mga Application, Upgrading requests at Installation ng mga Tel. & DSL services! So nagkaroon ng 2-week back-log sa lahat ng transaction kaya ang normal/regular processing ng Application na about 1-2 weeks (or less) naging 3-4 weeks ngayon or 1-2 months pa! (Imagine that it takes 2-3 hours bago ma-process ang isang Service Order No.)
Right now fine tuning na ng system but medyo matatagalan pa rin bago ma-normalize kaya wait and see muna lahat!
